I think she looks ok wearing clothes like this, but ya ofcourse the looks better with her girl-next-door image, but i don't think it looks good to wear saalwar kameez to parties or something like that, you have to wear clothes that fits to where you are going, and i can give example, take Vidya Balan she wears weird clothes and every talks very bad abt her when she comes with her saalwar kameez to a party, they say she doesn't have fashion sense and all that, and they do also say aunty... I don't think Amrita wants to be called like that, and think she look nice in these clothes 2.

to me, it's trying too hard... but honestly, everybody does that nowadays... hardly news worthy....!

So, as a girl next door image she still stand's out. In the sense she still looks sweet and charming.

But, trying to be hot will only make her look like a B grade actress. Because in comparison to the Priyanka's and Bipasa's, she looks average.

It's up to her what she want's to do. But, since she is a public figure, she may want to understand her own niche and what makes her excel in comparison to others. Her girl next door image is what other's don't all have.

Same with Vidhya, as soon as she tried to dress like other actresses, she lost her timeless old world appeal.

You never saw Shabana Azmi trying to dress like Zeenat Aman.
