They are very readily available, I dont know what shop exactly, but you'll get them in nearly every shop

I just came back from India a few weeks ago, and brought loadsss....they have a great variety and reasonable price too...but I got them from Surat etc, not mumbai...Sorry

For shops-go to Seasons! It's the best for anarkali suits! I bought 1 from there recently only.

And there's loadss of others like Pramanik, Sakhi's etc. Mumbai roxx! Your bound to find something, but prices are getting a lil high =\.
