@Binky: Yug had to go over and defend her because he is still in love with her. NO matter how much pain she has put him through, he still wants to make sure she is always happy. Even if he had a vindictive bone in his body, his love would still win out. He can't hold what she did to him because his love for her prevents him from doing so. So, no matter what he can't help but rush to her defense...even if it is at the cost of his own self-respect. 😔 I agree with you on the point that it was hard to watch him get insulted. But at least he is honest enough to stay true to his love. That is very rare...
