CM comes into Uday's room and asks him if he told Jyoti's family not to say anything to her about the sudha situation. He says he did and she wonders why they would have told her. Uday says jyoti must have called and someone said it accidently. CM says she wonders why jyoti would call them when there are problems between them and wonders what kind of people they are. Uday says they are very nice and she says she knows but still. She is unhappy that pankaj had to leave his honeymoon early and is acting weird. He tells her to stop worrying but she says she cant because she used to know what pankaj would say before he said it but he has changed. Uday says people change when they get married and she then says that he is all grown up now and he tells her not to worry so much about everyone because she will get sick.
Sudha is washing clothes, padma comes in and asks what she is doing since she has a fever. She says nothing and padma asks why she is washing a torn shirt and then asks if it is udays. Sudha nods and padma says it is no longer of any use. Padma tells her to stop and that she will do it but sudha says no and that padma has lots of other work to do. Padma says that she should not be working because if her father sees he will think padma made her to it. Sudha doesnt agree so padma tells her to hurry and says that she wont do any more work until she gets better.
Jyoti is cooking in the kitchen and asks the maid what dal everyone likes but she she says they all like different ones but they have one thing in common and that is that their food is spicy. Uday walks in and takes chips and jyoti teases him about eating in a plate. He says they are too good to eat in a plate. Jyoti puts some in a plate and gives it to the maid to give to pankaj and the maid leaves. Uday mentions devika and jyoti asks if anything moved forward. He says he is confused and wonders if jyoti will meet her so figure her out. Jyoti says of course and says she cant wait to meet her. she asks what she likes to eat. CM overhears and smiles. He says there is no need as they will come late at night. Jyoti asks when and uday syas it depends on devika's mood. Jyoti then says ok but wonders how devika can be ok with coming at night and wonders why she isnt scared. CM doesnt look too happy. Uday says not to worry because devika is different. Jyoti says she is worried because of what happened to sudha. CM walks in and says that sudha and devika may look alike but they are very different and that she knows because she has met devika who is independant and bold. Jyoti says she wishes sudha was like that. uday says he is leaving and they both wish him luck.
sudha is hanging clothes and sees the tear in uday's shirt and remembers how it happened.
at night at jyoti's house padma is clearing plates as everyone is done eating and dadi reminds her to keep food for deepu who is working late. in the other room dadi and kk are happy that jyoti came to visit and express their joy. sudha agrees. kk leaves to get his glasses and padma walks in. dadi tells her she is happy because now kk is happy. padma says jyoti didnt come to see them but came to see sudha. kk overhears and starts shouting at padma. she says she takes everything she says back and offers him something in a plate but he smacks it away and screams at her saying that didnt jyoti coming and taking her ashirwad show her that jyoti still loves them. he says he doesnt understand how she can think such things. he says he is attached to jyoti's love. he wonders why she couldnt let him be happy. She says she didnt mean it that way and says she apologized. she says they cant see that if jyoti loved them she would have stayed for the pankh phera like dadi asked.
Dadi says that is not the case but padma says it is. She says if jyoti loved them then she would not have said no to dadi. kk says she does love them. (sorry guys video froze)...
padma is shouting that he never loved sushma they same as jyoti and she says not to mention her. the phone rings as they continue to argue and sudha is confused.
jyoti is on the other side waiting, sudha picks up. jyoti asks what is happening, sudha says mummy papa and then turns into devika and in english says that enough is enough and that she is fed up. She hangs up and jyoti looks shocked.
