Hath kangan ko aarsi kya???

Haath mein pehne hue kangan dekhne ke liye darpan ki jaroorat nahi.
Isi tarah jo baat saaf samne nazar aa rahi ho to uski parakh ke liye khoj kya karni.

Haath kangan ko aarsi kya, padhe likhe ko farsi kya… meaning like you are not expected to need a mirror for the ornaments in your forearm, you are expected to know farsi if you call yourself educated...


But this saying proved so wrong in Radhika's case today........When she was pleading in front of everyone that she did not commit any crime.......no one believed her........


But Dev, the Rajpurohit, the izzatdaar insaan, (respectful person - in what way?? meaning he has money, he is rich, or just because he is born to parents of higher caste).....defends her, then
suddenly everything becomes alright with Panchyat........and they say we take back whatever we said........what kind of justice is that.........Please don't get me wrong, I am not questioning Dev or his izzat..........

I am questioning these samaj ke teke daar.......who adorn the post of nyaydeesh.........but instead of doing justice, they commit crime on the name of justice........It is said that statue of justice is blindfolded, because, it should not discriminate any one on basis on caste, birth, or money...........
But today's statue of justice is blind.............


I was under the silly impression that truth is a defence anywhere at anytime. Can you imagine running a society on a principle where truth was not a required prerequisite in adjudicating between disputes? Whether that's in a criminal court, a civil court, a political forum, in family relations or social relations - indeed in every day life, truth is something so basic and fundamental that its abandonment can only lead a society into complete and utter ruin. The truth is required because it is the lens that let's us see reality. And if we no longer want to deal in reality, then we aren't dealing in the real world.

just want to say that being an innocent is not the proof of innocence one has to give the proof in this favor if he/she has been accused.
what Radhika did , just kept repeating that "I've done nothing wrong" , actually she failed to clarify.
What Dev did, just gave an evidence in her favor.

if a thief continues yelling that he is not a thief then it would be insane to believe without any evidence.

in the beginning Radhika says she has done nothing wrong.But a little later she says galthi mine kee. why should shastri be punished.she accepts her doing the puja was galthi.otherwise she had to admit she was married to a human being.
Dev explains how it was a mistaken impression that led his family to expel her.Being a member of the
family whose action was discussed he had to offer explanation.
Panchayat might havebeen influenced by his social standing but their decision to accept his explanation appears reasonable.
Dev is clear headed and Radhika is confused.
