Dear members,
I was young when I started drinking caffeine and my iron is very low. I drink lots of water but not as much as I need for my age. Because of that, my skin has yellow undertones and my skin is normally fair (I got a tan which i'm trying to get rid of actually but my natural skin colour is pale/fair). I think the yellow came from having an unhealthy liver and I REALLY want this yellow skin to go away QUICK! I will stop drinking caffeine and trying drinking more water but is there anything else I could do. Is having a low iron the problem?
What are some good ways I could get a healthy liver/get rid of this yellow skin quickly? What should I do/eat and how much amount is required for one day? Approx. how long do you think this would take? (days, weeks, months).
Thank you so much! 😛

Hey ya know, I have the same problem, my skin is very pale, but I can't eat meat etc. since I am a vegetarian, what are some veggie sources of iron? I know about green leafy veggies but other than that? And I am addicted to tea

Same problem! I'm fair but I have this yellowish skin at times, especially after my period. I guess it's because of low iron... But I do eat fish once a week and I do eat a good amount of meat, but still? And yeah i drink tea like one cup a day, should I skip that too?

Yeah, I drink 1 or 2 cups of tea a day and i'm sure that caused the problem so I stopped a couple weeks ago and I see a slight improvement. I'm also eating more vegtables and fruits and drinking lots of water which is helping me get a more clear skin. I'm going to continue and hopefully soon the yellow undertones leave!
So yes, I think you should stop drinking tea. You could still drink tea but limit it. Like I might only drink it once a week now or something like that. If you start eating better now you might actually see a difference in just 3 days! But it depends on the amount you take and if you stick to the routine.
Good luck! 😃
