yes the actor. well here's the thing, he was always the distant one which is what i liked about him. he didn't go out and get all press happy or paint the town red because he was a celeb. he stayed away and spent time with his wife and daughter more and i respected him for that and now this. i am so shocked. I am hoping this is a case of the girl being media hungry and not really a sexual victim but then again, you never know what lurks beneath a person's exterior presentation.
