Tara has some health problems which make her unable to bear children (in other words she is barren [ I don't feel bad saying it because Tara is an awful person]) but being the cry baby that she is, she emotionally blackmailed Birjesh into having a child with her older (scheming) sister; Tara's plan was that her sister will give up the baby and leave forever. Anyway, point is Adi is not Tara and Brijesh's son but Urvashi and Brijesh's son. As for them having another kid, I don't know because I just started re-watching the show, but I think Adi is their only child. As for Raj and Daksh, we really don't know who they really are other then they are being raised by Saloni/her look-alike.
