Raj tells Rani that he saw Puneet hugging another woman in his car. Rani is shocked. Raj tells her that she should tell Shalini before she finds out from someone else. Rani tells her that Shalini might misunderstand her but Raj tells her that it is her duty to save Shalini's married life.
Rani goes to Shalini's house and tells her that Puneet is having an affair. Shalini shouts at her and refuses to believe her. Rani tells her that Raj saw Puneet hugging another woman. Shalini tells her that Raj is probably doing this to get his revenge on Puneet, and that high society people, like them, maintain a certain manner in meeting people. Rani tells her that she trusts Raj and Shalini tells her that she trusts Puneet.
Raj tells Rani that if Shalini finds out the truth, her trust will completely be broken. Rani tells him that the relationship between married couple is supposed to be pure and sacred, so how can Puneet cheat on this relationship. Raj tells her that high-society people behave that way.
Surekha is about to bring some dry fruits to Rani's house but Rajendra stops her, as Aarti might see her. She, then, asks Cheenu to give it to Rani. As Cheenu steps out of the house, he bumps into Aarti. Aarti asks him as to where is he going. He tells her that he is going home but Aarti tells him that his house is locked. She sees his pocket stuffed and asks him as to what is in there. He says nothing. She places her hand inside and takes out the dry fruits. She accuses him of stealing from their house. Cheenu denies it but she shouts at him. Rani comes out of her house and sees Aarti shouting at Cheenu. She tells Aarti to stop it. Aarti tells her that Cheenu has learned how to steal from her. Just then, Madhu and Amit return home and Aarti tells them that Cheenu stole dry fruits from their house. She tells them that they have adopted a thief, who may grow up to be a terrorist on day.
At home, Amit slaps Cheenu. Cheenu tries to explain but Amit doesn't listen. He tells Madhu not to give him anything to eat.
Puneet is packing his bags. Shalini asks him as to how long would he be away and who is coming with him. He tells her it's for a few days and he'll be going with his secretary and other people. Shalini asks him whether he loves her. He says yes. She, then, tells him that she never gets to come with him in any of his trips. Puneet tells her that his secretary has to come with him, as she keeps the records. Shalini is surprised and tells him that she didn't mention anything about his secretary. After he leaves, Shalini has a look of doubt on her face.
Cheenu tells Madhu and Rani that he didn't steal anything. Surekha enters and tells them that she gave Cheenu those dry fruits to give them to Rani. Rani asks him as to why didn't he tell anything to Aarti. He tells her that if he did, she would've shouted at Surekha. Amit overhears this. Madhu and Rani hug Cheenu. Amit, then, pulls his ears and says sorry to Cheenu. Cheenu hugs him.
Manoj asks Surekha as to where was she when Cheenu stole the dry fruits. He tells her that he is at work the whole day so it is their responsibility to take care of the house while he is away. He tells them that he is the only one earning but he ahs to feed a lot of people and if they don't take any responsibility at home, he may have to ask them to leave one day. Surekha and Rajendra are shocked.
