Someone is coming into the window of Amar's room and the person is looking around and he goes into Amar's closet and checks all the drawers, and he looks through all the files and he finds a file for City Hospital. He takes out his phone and he calls Sindoora and says, "I found out about the hospital." Then he leaves and he goes into his car, he has a flashback of Sindoora saying, "I need Divya alive." Amar is in his car driving. The man that was sent by Sindoora gets stuck in traffic.
Dr. Shashank is looking at his files and he is looking at x-rays of Divya.
Amar's car stops and he tries to get it to run, but it doesn't and Amar has a flashback to when Dr. Shashank told him that they would have to operate on Divya fast or she might lose her memory completely. Amar gets out of his car and he looks around. The man that is sent by Sindoora reaches City Hospital.
Amar is standing in the middle of the road trying to get a lift, some people just drive right by without giving him a lift. Then a truck driver comes and Amar gets infront of the truck to make the driver stop. The Driver says, "Why are you standing in the middle of the road?" Amar goes over to the truck says, "There is no petrol in my car and my wife is getting operated on. Please get me to the hospital." The truck driver says, "Come on sit." Amar sits in the car and says, "Thank You." the truck driver says, "Jo bole so nihal sat sri akal." They start to drive and Amar says, "Thank You you helped me I will never forget what you did for me." The truck driver says, "I am not the one that helped you god is the one that helped you. Say satnam shri waheguru." Amar says, "satnam shri waheguru" Amar looks at the picture of Waheguru ji in the truck.
Divya is walking in the hospital with Dr. Shashank and they go into the operation theatre. The man sent by Sindoora is sitting outside of the operation threate. When the operation is over Dr. Shashank comes out of the operation theatre and he talks to one of the nurses and says, "Shift Divya ji to the recovery room and until she isn't concious again keep her there." The nurse says, "Yes Doctor." The nurse goes to take Divya into the recovery room and Dr. Shashank leaves. The man sent by Sindoora goes into Dr. Shashank's room, and the doctors bring Divya out of the operation threate and shift her into the recovery room.
Amar is kissing the picture of Divya. The driver says, "Why are you sitting in tension. Keep hope in god, everything will be better. Bhabhi ji's operation will go very good."
The man sent by Sindoora puts on Doctor's clothes.
Amar kisses Divya's picture again and the truck driver says, "Smile now." Amar smiles. The truck driver says, "If you think positive everything will be better. If you smile you will get good news. God loves people who loves. God can't see people that truly love someone sad."
The man sent by Sindoora is pushing Divya in her wheelchair.
Amar finally arrives at City Hospital. Amar holds the truck driver's hand and says, "Thank You, I will never forget what you did for me today. I have to go." The truck driver stops Amar from leaving and gives him a kura he says, "This is a kura and it will protect Bhabhi ji. Put it on Bhabhi ji." Amar hugs the truck driver and says, "Wahe guru ji ka kalsa" The truck driver says, "Wahe guru ji ki fateh." Amar goes inside the hospital and he goes to the receptionist and he asks where Divya is. The receptionist says, "Mrs. Singh just had her operation and now she is in the recovery room."
The man sent by Sindoora is waiting at the elevator with Divya. Divya wakes up and she says, "Where are you taking me." Then the man sent by Sindoora takes her another way. A nurse calls for him, and he turns around to look at the nurse, his leg acidentally hits the wheelchair and Divya is headed for the stairs.
Precap:
