Written Update February 25th 2009

Aniket, Aditi, and Chandra are sitting at the dining table eating and Gauri brings Sindoora to eat. Sindoora puts her hand on to her head Chandra says, "Di do you have a headache?" Sindoora nods her head yes. Chandra says, "Gauri please go to Di's room and get her some medicine. Di I will serve you pranthas." Sindoora takes a glass of juice(but doesn't drink from it), and she looks at Aditi and thinks, "I am shocked why didn't you ask me where did I go last night." Aditi thinks, "I know where you went last night." Sindoora thinks, "I am not eating food and you aren't saying anything. Why aren't you doing some drama to make me eat." Aditi thinks, "That means you won't be eating today either." Sindoora thinks, "Did you find out what I am doing." Aditi thinks, "I have found out that you are doing something and later I will find out what exactly you are doing." Sindoora thinks, "You can't make me lose." Aniket says, "Chandra will you pass me another sandwich." Aditi says to Sindoora, "Ma did you say something." Sindoora says no.

Gauri brings Aniket tea Aniket asks her if she wants to say something. Gauri says, "I know I have no right to say this but I wanted to remind you Diya is 40 days old and we should do her "pasni" rasam." Aniket says, "Oh I forgot. We will call Pundit Ji today and her "pasni" will also be today we will have to tell Amar because he might have forgotten." Gauri says, "Barde Papa, I think if Amar doesn't want to be a part of Diya's rasams we shouldn't force him because the baby has had to go through so much sadness and now she needs love and happiness." Aniket says, "I understand, but Amar is Diya's dad so he has to know his duty as a father and fulfil it"

Sindoora is in her room pacing back and forth. Sindoora thinks outloud, "There is only two more days once this Vrat is over no one can harm me" Sindoora looks at a picture of Bharat and Aditi and she picks it up and says, "I have to do something about you because you are not as sweet as you look you are very smart. But you aren't smarter than me"

Aditi is in the kitchen and she is thinking outloud, "This is the second day that Ma hasn't eaten anything and it is clear from her face that she is hungry. Still she is not eating. Why is she doing this?" Aditi cuts up some vegtables. Aditi then thinks outloud, "Is Ma keeping some kind of Vrat. But why would she do that? Whatever it is I have to keep an eye on her."

Sindoora is on the phone talking to BabaJi and she says, "I put the Tabeez under Divya's pillow like you said. There is a problem, the conditions aren't like before I can't get out of the house as easy as I did before, if someone finds out what I am doing what will I do then." Babaji says, "You will have to do this Sindoora, tonight at 12 you need to go at the old Shiv Shambhu temple and do some kind of pooja 108 times." Sindoora asks, "Is there is an easier way to do this." Babaji says, "The easiest way is to let Divya die and you can die with her, becuase now your breaths are connected with Divya. If you want to stay alive you will have to do what I say. Whatever you are doing is for yourself not for anyone else." Aditi listens to what Sindoora is saying on the phone. Sindoora says, "OK Guruji I will go to the old Shiv Shambhu Mandir"

Amar is walking in the hallway and Chandra calls him to come into the kitchen. Amar asks, "What are you doing?" Aniket says, "Put you files down and I will tell you." Amar says, "But I am late for going to the hospital." Aniket says, "Today before going to the hospital you have to make kheer." Chandra gives Amar milk and rice and tells Amar to put it in the pot. Then Amar stirs the kheer. Chandra says, "Put some sugar into the kheer." Amar says, "Why am I making this Kheer tell me. Will anyone tell me. Is this some kind of joke?" Aniket says, "Today is your daughter's pasni and Divya isn't here so you will have to make your daughter something sweet. Today Diya is 40 days old." Amar says, "That means it's been 40 days since Divya has been in a coma." Aniket says, "This is a duty that everyone has to fulfil and today is the day when your daughter will eat her first solid food." Amar says, "It's been 40 days, since Divya has to eat food through a tube." Amar puts down the sugar before putting any in the kheer. Chandra says, "Please put the sugar in the kheer that's all that's left to do." Amar says, "I can't do that." Then Amar leaves. Aniket calls for Amar, but Amar doesn't come back. Gauri come in the kitchen she takes the sugar and she puts it in the kheer.

Amar is at the hospital in Divya's room. Amar walks to the blinds and closes them, so it is dark in the room. Amar sits down in a chair next to Divya's hospital bed. Amar says, "What I did today you might not forgive me for it. Today is Diya's pasni she is 40 days old. Chandra Ma told me to make something sweet, I couldn't make it. The child who put you into this state I can't do any rasams for her and I can't take part in her happiness. It's been 40 days." A tear comes out of Divya's eye and After seeing the tear in Divya's eyes Amar looks closer at Divya's face.

There are preparations going on in the house for Diya's pasni. The guest are arriving and Bharat is getting everything together.

Gauri is getting Diya ready. Gauri takes out some bangles for Diya. *Gauri has a flashback to when she was sitting with Divya and she showed her the bangles that she got for Diya. Gauri gives the bangles to Divya. Divya then says, "You should keep these because you are going to be the one with my baby, I won't be there to fulfil her needs."* Gauri puts the bangles on Diya.

Sindoora is in her room. She is looking in the mirror and she is checking her eyes. Aditi comes in, and says, "The Pasni rasam is starting and I have come to get you. Ma you know what pundit Ji said he said today's date is really good that is why after the puja we will all go to the old Shiv Shabhu mandir to get blessing from the gods. You will go with us right Ma."

Precap: Aditi is in Sindoora's room and she goes over to Sindoora's bed thinking Sindoora will be there but Sindoora put pillows on her bed and covers the pillows with a blanket.
