February 4th 2009 Written Update

Amar and Divya are in their car and alot of reporters gather around the car and tell them to come out. Amar holds Divya's hand. Amar gets out of his side of the car and he goes to the other side of the car to help Divya out, Amar and Divya walk to the steps of the courthouse and then Divya's lawyer comes and takes Divya away to talk to her, the lawyer says, "Act like you are in pain so that we can win the case." Divya says, "I will do nothing like that I can't betray my husband". Divya's lawyer says, "If you don't want to do that then you will have to fight this case yourself" He gives Divya all his files and leaves. Divya goes inside the court and she sits down and Amar Divya stare at eachother. The judge says, "Court is in session" Divya stands up and says, "If you allow me to, then I will fight this case myself." The judge says, "You have my permission." Amar's lawyer says to Amar, "Now it will be easier for us, now we will surely win this case congradulations" Amar says, "No, if Divya fights her case by herself then I will fight my case by myself" Amar stands up and says to the judge, "Can I have permission to fight my case myself also." The judge says, "You have my permission." The judge says to Amar, "Please appeal your case" Amar says, "My name is Amar Singh and my wife Divya is pregnant, and she is being stubborn and says she wants to give birth to the child, but my wife's doctor clearly said if the baby is born then it can be dangerous for Divya and her chances of not surviving are 99%, Divya wants to give birth to this child but I want her to abort it." The judge says, "Now Mrs. Divya Singh you tell me what you have to say." Divya is silent for a second she starts to cry and then she says, "I am very tired, I am tired of all this, I don't understand what to do, all I want is to give birth to my child. Is wanting to have a baby a sin? I have to stand here in court and stand against my husband who loves me alot." Divya starts to cry harder and Amar comes over to Divya and hugs her. The judge says, "We will take a half an hour break then resume this hearing."

Amar and Divya are at a place to drink tea and Amar goes to get some tea. Divya sees a mother playing with her little baby and Divya stands up from where she is sitting and she looks at the baby, Divya holds onto her stomach and smiles and she is about to go back to sit down. The baby's mom says that Divya can hold the baby if she wants. Divya holds the baby and starts to rock it and smiles, Amar comes back with the tea and he looks at Divya with the baby. Divya says to the baby's mother, "You are so lucky that you and your baby are together." The mother says, "You will be a mother soon too." Divya says, "Who knows what my future has in store for me" Divya gives the baby back to the mom and she walks away the baby holds on to Divya sari and that makes Divya smile. Divya comes back to the table and sits down and Amar also sits down he is crying.

Amar Divya go back to the court. Amar thinks about how Divya was holding the baby and playing with it and then he looks at Divya. The judge comes in and resumes the court hearing. It's Amar's turn to talk. He thinks about how Divya was happy when she was holding the baby and how much she really wants the baby. Amar says, "I withdraw my case". Amar walks over to Divya and they both hug, Divya is really happy. Amar says, "Forgive me Divya, if you want to give birth to this baby then you can, in your happiness is my happiness, if Shambhunath Ji wants then everything will be better. Forgive me for bringing you to court"

Precap: Amar and Aniket are sitting on the bed, Aniket says, "Bharat is very tensed, yesterday was your court case and he wasn't even there. He didn't even tell what was making him tense." Amar says, "Don't worry I will try to find out why Bharat is so tense"

BTW he said his name is Amar Singh? I thought he took the last name of the parents who raised him? So he changed his name after 20ish years lol
