Robby Grewal Title ALOO CHAAT raises a question mark

Promotion of Aftab Shivdasani-Aamna Shariff-Linda Arsenio starrer ALOO CHAAT has kick started with a bang and the trailers have done the trick. Not just has the title managed to get itself instantly registered in the mind of movie buffs, even the fun quotient of this laugh saga belongs to not-to-be-missed category which is helping the film generate good buzz around itself.

''This was the intent when the film was titled ALOO CHAAT. We had loved the title from the writing stage itself and intended to stick to it throughout'', says an elated Robby Grewal who is happy with the way his film is being promoted, ''We knew that a title like ALOO CHAAT will result in good curiosity. It was supposed to raise a question mark amongst audience (in a nice way of course) and I am glad that it has succeeded in doing so.''

So what's the relevance of a title like ALOO CHAAT?

''The film has a lot of humor and fun and in a way symbolizes the flavor of this delicacy called 'aloo chaat''', Robby Grewal begins to elaborate, ''It has a lot of masala and makes it one sumptuous meal to relish. There is going to be quite some 'masaledaar' stuff for the audience to enjoy and is quite interesting as whole product. I can say that in this film; title bahaut hi tareeke se match hota hai.''

Apparently, it wasn't Robby but his brother Gary (who has written the story and also produced the film) who thought about the title.

''The moment he suggested it, we were all on. We can see the results today since it has helped the film bag good eyeballs. I am now waiting for the 13th March release of the film'', says Robby who has earlier made a dramatic thriller [SAMAY - WHEN TIME STRIKES] and a teenage romantic tale [MP3 - MERA PEHLA PEHLA PYAAR].
