Slumdog Millionaire wins big at The 66th Annual Golden Globes"Slumdog Millionaire" is the final answer for the 66th Annual Golden Globes, after winning the first Golden Globe for Best Screenplay, the hope and anticipation with millions of Indians across the world crossing their fingers for top maestro A.R Rahman winning, for his fantastic composition for Slumdog Millionaire, the audience was not disappointed.

A.R Rehman who was a top contender for the Best Musical Score for 'Slumdog Millionaire' wins his first Golden Globe. With a humble smile, A.R Rehman thanked Danny Boyle and the rest of 1 Billion Indians. AR Rahman makes his country proud, thanks to some truly inventive and tremendous music. Danny Boyle won the Best Director for Slumdog Millionaire. Tom Cruise presents the Best Motion Picture Drama to none other than Slumdog Millionaire. The whole team of Slumdog was present, a proud moment for the whole team.

For the first time, Baadshah of Bollywood- Shahrukh Khan has become the first Indian actor who presented the Best Motion Picture clip at the prestigious award ceremony. Shah Rukh, dressed in a black suit and tie, presented the Best Motion Picture - Drama clip for Slumdog Millionaire. Shah Rukh, with the elan walked the stage accompained with Frieda Pinto, from Slumdog Millionaire fame to introduce one of the Best Motion Pictures of 2008. The Baadshah thanked the auidence for felicitating the Indian Faternity and expressed his joy for A.R. Rehman winning the award and also thanked Danny Boyle for filming Slumdog Millionaire in Mumbai. Frieda Pinto who was a little nervous said 'it was an honour to work with Danny' and thanked everyone.

TallyHoji I am watching it live on the US West Coast now ,and you have no idea what I am experiencing at the moment. There is no frog on this planet that can have a bigger bloated chest than I have at the moment. Ribbid!! Ribbid!!!

I can imagine ... you gettting goose warts n all😆 I am at work...will have to catch it on news later....Indian channels I am sure will show it forever now!!😉

We both are lucky that we come from a country that has such amazing talent. Hollywood will never be the same again. CHEERS!!!!!!!!

actually a week ago I met an Indian Dr. and he was saying how india is not developing and everything and I have noticed that the Indians from age 30-50 living in U.S. are criticizing as if they were doing anything to help India. anyways, I had to beg differ and the Indians in India are making India proud not Indians in America but they still contribute to India if they take it as a Indian. ex: gaga over bobby jindal. 🤢

oh also, Dev Patel is from U.K. Indian. and Pinto is Indian U.K. ... they were trained in U.K's theatre companies.
