Vaishali is preparing for
pooja. Purohit ji comes and tells her that she is so devoted to thakurji
(Krishna) and he hopes that they'll get a bahu who is the same so that when
next year he is not with her on Holi his bahu will be there to help her.
Vaishali feels hurt and turns around but the family comes there and she turns
away to hide her tears (I think Purohit ji is ill and that's why he wants his
choti bahu fast). Dev says that thakurji is looking rocking and Purohitji looks
at him disapprovingly. He says sorry.
Shashtris do the arti in the temple and Purohits in their home. Vaishali brings
the arti to everyone and puts a little color on each person's face. When she
comes to Mrinalini she says not to put a lot on her. Everyone feels bad. Dev
asks his mom why we put color for Holi. Mrinalini says sarcastically that its
to destroy your new clothes. Dev give it back to her saying that this is the
reason she gets a new outfit designer made for every Holi. He then takes some
color full in his hands and walks towards Mrinalini and she gets scared and
hides her face. But Dev bends down and puts the color on Vivek. Then he leaves
with Birju to play holi outside.
In the temple while the Shashtris were going inside and putting tilak on the
idol of Krishna, Radhika was looking sadly.
Then at home she puts color on the idol she keeps with herself and says that
today Radha will be jealous of her because she will play holi with her Kanha on
the streets of Vrindavan.
The Shashri family is out with the people and Vish starts to sing and dance
with the others while Rads is standing with her parents. Brij puts some color
on Devki and she blushes. Amma was looking angry and Brij feels weird but then
she smiles (lols funny). Dev shows up there and sees Radhika being coerced by
some girls to come with them But she refuses and runs away and Dev goes after
her. Dev keeps missing her and Birju comes from behind him and puts color on
him and runs away. Dev tries to quickly grab some color and puts the color on
Birju but it was Radhika standing behind him and they both are shocked (Dev is
happy tho and Rads looks pretty). Rads runs away and stands behind Vishaka who
is smiling at something. Dev is running after her but runs into the pandit who
asks him who he is looking for. Dev points to Radhika but just as the Pandit is
turning around someone puts color in the air and Rads hides her face and ducks
behind Vishakha. Pandit tells Dev that its Brij Mohan's daughter Vishakha and
then Rads comes back up from behind Vishakha. Dev misunderstands (oh dear).
Dev tries to show Birju who is his dream girl but again Birju is unable to see
and Dev says he'll tell Dadi about it. Radhika is sitting on the ghat and
imagines Dev coming towards her with color. The girls there tease her asking if
she will not wash off the color on her face. They say that she is sitting like
Kanha himself came and put color on her. Rads splashes water on her face and
goes home. She prays in front of Kahna that she doesn't like this new feelings
in her and that she doesn't want to think about that stranger. The little boy
(her friend) comes and tells her she is being called outside and informs her
that the color is still on her face. Radhika is disturbed.
Dev tries to tell Dadi about his dream girl but Mrinalini intterupts. During
arti Dev is lost and smilind and Mrinalini asks if he has fallen for anyone at
Vrindavan. He says yes and she is very pretty. Mrinalini asks if she is
prettier than her and Dev tells her not to ask such questions as he will not be
able to lie. Dev comes to Dadi later and tells her all about Radhika. He says
that only Vishakha can be her Choti Bahu. END>
