Hi guys,

I am mohadi fan. Today they did beautifully. Both were looking stunning. Now coming to jodi no 11, they were spectacular performance wise. For last 2 days I am reading about copying issues. I thought I will wait till I see performance. As sollydive said they copied from Hu-Ti. After watching Sha-jit every moment I remembered Hu-ti. Though dance steps were different. I am surprised how channel allowed them to do blindfold dance which was done in previous nb because it's not dance form, its a concept.

Because I was curious I made a contact to some people who are choreographers in some other shows through a common friend. I found out from them that in NB star plus does not allow repetative concepts which are used in their own shows. After jodis decide the concept channel people take a look at it. They refuse for repetations. Then what happened here? Shadow dance wasn't in NB. So it's fine but they should not have allowed blindfold dance.

So sollydive like you I also hate copying. But I think in this case channel allowed jodi#11 to do blindfold dance. Why the rules were bended for them,who knows? We can just hope not to see repetative concepts again.

Hii guys..

I'm new to NB4 forum, but not new to NB and all its seasons 😳.. I've been following NB4 since beginning and I really like some of the jodis like Shaleen-Daljit, Mohit-Addite and Mouli-Mazher.

I've read the entire post regarding Shaleen-Daljit's blindfold performance and its comparison to Husein-Tina's performance given in NB2 two years back.. I'd just like to say that its not Shaleen-Daljeet that ppl have a problem from.. Its their concept..

I am an ardent Husein-Tina fan and i agree that not everything is original and maybe even HuTi got their inspiration from someone else.. but the thing which is bothering me is the fact that Shaleen-Daljit used the same concept in another season of the same show.. If it'd have been any other show, i guess the similarity would hardly have been exaggerated so much.. but it was the same show wherein Husein-Tina had endorsed the same concept earlier..

I'm not trying to accuse Shaleen-Daljit of anything or to down the morals of their fans.. Its just that however different their dance was from Husein and Tina, the concept was exactly the same.. and it is the concept which is the soul of any performance.. Whenever the name of the blindfolded act comes up in relation with NB, people will always remember Husein-Tina first, coz it was them who brought this concept onto the stage of NB 😊..

They were very good and ShaJit is one of my favourite jodi but whenver anyone will try the blindfold dance in the same stage which is the Nach Baliye stage then comparison would come because Husain Tina presented this concept on the stage of Nach Baliye first. If another jodi performs with a table then comparison with Aamir and Sanjeeda's table dance will come. If tomorrow another jodi performs a shadow dance then comparison with ShaJit will come.

I watched their performance........ They were very good....... but only complain i have that when performance started it has that power but somewhere in middle it loose that......... Their effort was excellent..... But i feel chereographer shouldnt have provide difficults lifts with blind folded performance.......... coz their one lift was completely missed because they are blind folded................. at 1-2 places Daljeet was about to fall.........

Hey guys,

First of all I am sorry if I have hurt feelings of Sha-jit fans. But honestly I did not intend to. I am kind of straight forward person who speaks directly what comes in my heart.

But I am not the only one who felt issue about repetative concepts.

@shilpavd, thanks for the explanation about how jodis get their concepts. But as you said question still remains that why Sha-jit were approved for blind-fold concept.

I agree with @nature,@darshna23..........I liked Sha-jit performance but as said earlier they could have done the dance with little difficult steps so it would have looked different evenif concept was repetative.

@sidd11 Even if you say do not compare it's going to happen. Because whoever does the first time they are going to remembered forever. I have nothing against Sha-jit. So don't be so annoyed. It's good to know that you support mohadis too like me. I support Mouli-Mazhar along with Mohadis because I have really started liking their innovative performances day by day.

If NB don't allow to repeat the concept then they shouldn't have approved ShaJit's blind folded act. ShaJit did what their choreographers told them too. When i heard abt blind fold act the 1st thing that rang in my mind was HuTi's as it was thjeir choreographer who brought this concept in NB for d 1st time some jodi did such an act.

I think the channel should made the rules & regulations clear to the choreographers.

alrite......first things first....most (if not all) dances in NB are copied.....

Hussain and Tina were so not original, it was a copy from dancing with the stars and sanjeeda and amir had copied most of their from so u htink u can dance.

also, the blindfold is a prop....it was required to bring out the story they had about blind ppl falling in love and being wid each oder even though they haven't seen one-another. hussain and tina just had 2 dance widout bringing out a story.

so guys, please stop getting confused b/w a prop and a concept....very different things.

and the level of peerformance was also much much different. ShaJit were at a much higher level........
