Favourite Rock On!! song

I love all the songs. I think Yeh Tumhari Meri Baatein and Phir Dekhiye are beautiful. All my college friends love Pichle Saat Dino Mein because they can relate to it. I think everyone will find a special connection with each song. Javed Ji is known for his beautiful and intense lyrics and he has done a great job with the youthful yet meaningful lyrics of Rock On too

I love Devdas, Mohabbatein, Baazigar, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar, DCH

Favourite actor

Hrithik Roshan! I am a die hard fan and absolutely loved him in Koi Mil Gaya.

Favourite actress

I have always wanted to be an actor. You know if you decide to be a teacher, you do not think whether you will teach Math or English, you just want to teach. So the medium didn't matter to me. I think Rani, Kajol, Madhuri and Sridevi are the best actresses in Bollywood, but Preity's bubbly and cute style has been a big influence on me. I have been a crazy fan of hers since Mission Kashmir and Dil Chahta Hai.

Favourite directors

I would love to work with YRF, SLB, Rakesh Roshan and Karan Johar. Doing Farhan Akhtar's acting debut is a dream come true.

Favourite books

I am terribly lazy and hate that I don't read too much but I love Archies. Psychology is my favourite subject.

Favourite making Rock On!! moments

We went to Alibaug on our last day of shooting and the location was amazingly gorgeous. Everyone started running around once the pack up was done, like it was a picnic. Jason West, the cameraman is a huge guy and he just picked me up and threw me into the pool and everyone else followed. I was really embarassed initially because i couldn't swim, but we had a great pool party. In between shots, the band with Purab, Luke, Arjun and Farhan would just start jamming. Watching them in their own world, totally into their characters was such a joy and a natural high.
