From his boxing ring to VOI, Vijendra Singh

A boxer on a musical reality show is something that makes one wonder as to what does a boxer have to do on a musical show but the one man who can truly be recognized as the voice of India at Beijing 2008 Olympic is Vijendra Singh.

He makes a special appearance on Voice of India with an intention to boost up the energy levels of the participants with his determination.

The 23-year-old boxer catapulted India in the Olympic to the third position and won bronze medal for the country and now is all set his focus on the gold medal at London Olympic next.

This thirst to surmount bigger hurdles and put one's nation on the international circuit is the need of the day, said the judges on the Amul Star Voice of India sighting Vijendra Singh as a fine example of determination.
