First of all, if I am out of line in doing the update, I apologize... please feel free to delete it. I did not see an update for July 4, so I decided to do it. I have been a silent reader for all this time. I thought I will give something back to the forum too....
The episode begins with a recap from yesterday, showing Amar shouting at Dhansukh - that maybe he killed his father as he doubts his father had a natural death.
The bahus are shown closing their shop - Sneha giving her project away to Pranay. Bhavna putting away her stethoscope and doctor's degree. Sapna putting away her small house in a box and taping it up.
The bahus all enter Dhansukh's room. They tell him that they have given up their dreams and will stay like they used to when Bapuji was with them. Maybe then the house will be at peace. Dhansukh tells them that its not them who have lost, but he has lost. He said that the men will not realize what they are giving up for them today.
Sneha goes to her room and gets a call from Hetal's hubby in USA - Mehul. He tells her that he is worried as for the past few days he has not been able to speak with Hetal. Everytime he calls, his mom picks up the phone and says Hetal is busy. Sneha and Daya speak with Dhansukh about this. Dhansukh says what can he do. Daya says if you also give up like this...........Dhansukh says this Amar Kumar and Lalita Pawar are dancing on his head. He will have to do something, but the whole thing got spoiled because of Amar.
all the bahus have prepared a huge breakfast like they used to prepare, when Bapuji was alive. they tempt the men with all the food items, like Amar's favorite is made, Manoj's favorite item is made, Karan's favorite is made, etc etc. Pranay forces them to eat and says it will be just like before - eating all together. Pranay places a hand on Amar's shoulder - Amar gives him an evil look and says Past remains in the past - it cannot be made present. Jyoti's heart is broken, but she could not say any thing.
Dhansukh goes to Hetal's house with some papers. Lalita Pawar insults him and asks him to leave. He says okay he will leave. But what he had heard is so true - that before your time comes you can never receive any extra money. Lalita says money - what money is he talking about. Dhan says he has brought the papers of Hetal's inheritance from Mansukh's property. But he needs Lalita's signatures. Lalita is literally drooling by this time. She says why my signatures - Dhan replies that as Hetal considers her as mother - so Lalita will be the trustee of Hetal's property. Lalita goes ga - ga and gets ready to make some snacks and tea for Dhan. She then comes back and says why should she waste Dhan's time. She will sign the papers right away. While she is signing, Dhan and Hetal share an emotional eye contact. After Lalita signs the papers, Dhan tells her that he is not asking her to treat Hetal as a daughter, but to please give Hetal the respect of a DIL.
At the office Manoj and Karan are looking at Amar. he says why are you all staring at me, do you still suspect me? the other two says no no - now we dont. Amar says he is going to Dharavi - he will have to do something about this chapter. The two ask why is he going to Dharavi. Amar says because Sneha got chapter from Dharavi.
Jyoti is on the dining table cutting veggies. Parag is on the table eating fruits. Sneha and Sapna come home from the market carrying a lot of stuff. They tease each other about the veggies and the clothes that Sneha got for Chapter. Bhavna comes and asks Sapna for the tamarind that she had asked her to get for her cooking. Sapna gives her a huge tamarind packet and Bhavna says this will last a long time. Sneha runs behind Bhav and says that we dont use tamarind in our cooking, so what is the reason? Bhav tells her that Janam Samjha Karo. Sneha asks if it is confirmed. Bhav says 99% confirmed, but still waiting for that 1%. Sneha says that means it is 100% confirmed. But Bhav says till the 1% is not confirmed, we should keep quiet. (guessing Bhav's finally pregnant).
Pranay and Sneha are shown putting the different clothes on chapter. he is happy and at the end, runs out of their room with all his new clothes. Sneha asks Pranay if their child will also be like Chapter. Pranay is overjoyed and says our child - finally you want a child Sneha!! I have been asking you for such a long time and you have been refusing. He carries Sneha and says that shubh kaam mein deri nahi karni chahiye.
there is a knock on the door and Jyoti opens the door. a Maharashtrian lady enters the house and keeps on speaking in Marathi - asking for her kid. Jyoti does not understand a word and shouts at her what does she want and why is she entering their house. the woman finally says in hindi that she is Chapter's mother. all the bahus look for chapter but cant find him. the mother says if they dont return her chapter to her, she will get the police. Chapter hears all this and runs into a room. he dials a number and says, "ustaad there is a problem. chapter's mother has come to pick up chapter, but she is not chapter's mother. what is to be done?" - the episode ends here.
wow - writing an update is tough. I finally appreciate and really appreciate all the hard work our updaters do for us. Thank you updaters.
