Mansukh has not heard what Sneha has said to Mona, but he is extremely suspicious about what Sneha was doing with Mona. Mama assures Mansukh that he will find out what's cooking. Despite knowing about their relationship, Mona still wants to marry Karan. She asks him to get Sapna out of his life. Karan is unable to go against the express wishes of his father and asks Sapna to forget all about him. Sapna is shattered. She decides to leave. Finally, Sneha hits upon a plan to get the two of them together. On the morning of the birthday celebrations, she asks both of them to visit the doctor's clinic.
