Why did CV make Charu and Doctor scene?

We are all very sad, the fact Thulasi and Tamil being apart from eachother. And now have they made a decision - getting divorced. 😭
We all are crying for them, as we care about this couple. But at the main time many things are happening in the show. The CV are giving us many hints, but will they go in vain?

Suddenly Charu-praising-the-doctor-scene came in mind.
Why did CV show that scene to us? Yes, the doctor can see that this lady is crazy, but what will he do?
Tamil is in Chennai now, and he is fine. Soo what was the use? To show us that she's crazy? Well director, we know that already. 🤢

I think somhow Ta had suspected C's attitude for being a phycho when the nurse injected him...and also when C and Ks was talking in the room...i think Ta would have overheard their conversation...cos i feel somehow Ta was faking his deep sleep...maybe his suspicion started from there...

Nithi could have called Ta to talked bout the sister's stupid and ridiculous behavior after chasing her out of the hse...

so maybe it can be concluded that Ta told evtg to Ts and asked her favor to help C from her mental disease..as he could be feeling responsible for her mental condition...thats y i guess the eye washer divorce seen cud hv happenned...

Since C has already dream bout the wedding and divorce happening...it is sure that it wont happen...cos watever plans that has already been said in the series wil not happen...watever discussed in silent wil definitely happen...that is the secret behind this series...

Simple answer --- to show Charu's 'love ', her manic possessiveness of Tamil and to show how much of an idiot the Tamil character has become ... and also to drag the serial more , give more footage to Charu character & get viewers to have some sympathy for her etc. etc. etc. ...
