He was always showing his displeasure towards this marriage arrangement.For example,he was not ready to call her even to apologize(when he did scold her at the bank),he was always trying to irritate her by talking negative about her family,day previous to the engagement day he asked straight to Charu to stop all this arrangements coz of her Dad's complaint about him,even in that park he didn't give his hands to her and didn't even smile at her,even after she took his hands he didn't hold her hands.But inspite of all these things she thought that he loves her.It's her own imagination.Tamizh is not responsible for her imagination.

At the same time I won't blame Charu for all this coz any girl in her situation would fall for Tamizh.

As far as my view nobody has to be blamed.And yes I agree that Tamizh must tell her about Thulasi without any further delay.

Charu did not get the message and Thamizh knows it so he should have tried some other way of letting her know. His actions are responsible for her imagination and he's only fueling them further by not informing her about his love. 😃
