canon would be pairings that have happened on the show - meaning couples that were together, or are together. non-canon would be couples that are never likely to happen (if they do happen, they will be transferred to the 'canon' list. at the moment they are non-canon.)

at the moment? discussing the Stefan/Katherine/Damon situation. What do you think of the situation in 1864? what do you think will happen come season 2? what do you hope will happen?

So what I see is this:

As much as Damon likes to think he's over Kat for good now, we'll see he's not. But seeing she's stuck on Stefan will anger him, and end his obsession over her once and for all. Stefan on the other hand will be effected hugely. I mean they will have DE a lot so it makes sense for SK to be thing (blagh). He'll realize all this time he pretended he never had and never will have feelings for her, is a lie. But seeing Damon with Elena will make him mad. So he breaks off his thing with Kat and will want Elena again. Kat will try to get Damon back. he'lll tell her to go to hell. She'll try to attack Elena and kill her off but the bros and/or Bonnie will save her. Kat will die for good.

I don't like SE being apart, even in my theory, let alone him fall of Kat (ew) but I know it'll prolly go in this direction.
