Chapter 3

Kiya's POV
------------------------
When the music started,it played a mix of rap and pop.

We started breaking it down with hip hop.

As we started to twirl I looked up in the stands,I saw KD smiling at me.

Well it had to me right?I mean I was in front of every body.I hope he was smiling at me.

All the guys were whistling and screaming our names.

After we danced we finally went up doing tumbling.

I was in middle so I had the most attention.

As I came down I did a round off and landed in the splits with 2 other girls.The song ended and we all screamed.

All the guys stood up including KD.

I instantly got butterfly's in my stomach.KD looked at me and our eyes met.

Until of course,their football couch came in through the doors.

"Hey!What the hell are you doing in here?"

All the jocks stood up and started to run out the door knowing that they weren't aloud to watch us practice.

"If l catch you in here one more time,l'll be making you run laps everyday after school!"

"See ya Kiya!"Arjun(Another stupid jock)screamed at me.

I rolled my eyes.

I saw KD give Arjun a -back-off-look!

Was he jealous?

All the girls were yelling "bye!"

KD winked at me as he left the gym.

I instantly got tickles in my stomach!

God what is he doing to me?!

KD's POV

I daydreamed the rest of the day in class thinking about how cute Kiya looked.God she looked way better than any other girl in there.

Sto thinking about her KD!You are a ladies man not a-lady-man.

You can't just think about one girl!

The last period bell rang and I was finally out of here!

As I walked out of the classroom,my new friends Arjun and I cant remember the other one.I'm kind of mad at Arjun for looking at Kiya that way.

Wait,What am l saying?!Why do l even care?!

"Hey KD."Arjun and a couple of other jocks came up to me.

"Hey guys."

"Did you see Kiya in the little shorts?She looked hot!"Arjun said.

I felt like I wanted to punch him in the face.

"Ya..."I said trying not to show any emotions.

"I bet you I can get her on a date."Arjun winked.

A guy in the group burst out laughing.

"What is so funny?!"Arjun asked slightly tickled off.

"I just find it hilarious that you think you could get Kiya!Number 1:She is way too good for you.Number 2:She is extremely hard to get."

Hard to get?It didn't take long for me to find that out.And she is definitely too good for Arjun.

"I bet you money that by my party tonight,she will be in my arms,ready to be my girlfriend."Arjun said.

"Ok...sure.I bet 5000 you can't"he said.

"Deal!"Arjun yelled.
I can't believe their betting for her.I wouldn't do that!She means more than that!

"What about you KD?How many girls are you gonna round up tonight at Arjun's party?"A guy asked.

"Oh you'd be surprised how many l can have in one night dude!"I said.

They laughed and left me while I was stuck feeling guilty for some reason.All I was feeling is that I couldn't wait to see Kiya again tonight.

Did I seriously just say that?

Kiya's POV

"I can't wait for Arjun's party tonight Kiya"Juhi,Bobby and Panchi came over to my house to get ready for the party.

"Why?Arjun just another jock that wants to get into every girls pants!"I said as I straightened my hair.

As we were all getting ready,l wondered of KD was going to be there tonight.He hasn't showed me that he actually likes me.I somehow that he might be shy or something.

Then a brilliant plan hit me!

I am going to make myself look irresistable for tonight!

I went into the closet and took out a strapless short black cocktail dress,with black high heels.

He won't be able to keep his eyes off me!

This is going to be fun...
