Its KD's fault actually more than Piddhi's. Piddhi have seen these two always arguing before that drug incident & when he saw Kunal with Kiya in the cafe that day he must have thought that she was the mastermind behind this whole thing.

When KD saw Kiya with Kunal in the cafe he should've asked her about it coz he said himself that he was beginning to trust her aur wo itni buri nhi hai before drawing any conclusion.

Well, KD DID give Kiya a chance! And I am not blaming any individual for this MU! It is their destiny! KD did think that there must be some MU, and as you, he had become a lover boy! So love kiye jaane wale insaan ko apne enemy ke saath dekha jaaye, and including what EVER Piddi said to him, he will be angry na! And as said before, he is a BAD BOY!

He IS the root cause, but he considers KD his bro, so koi apne bhai ke kisi classmate ko apne bro ke sabse bare dushman ke saath dekhe, toh react kaise karna woh samaj mein nahi aata! Especially, jab woh classmate ke paas koi reason ho aisa karne ka, and she really WAS KD's enemy! And even Piddi hated her, so he could have expected that from her na!
