She rested against the locker thinking about what
had just happened... nd she coulden't figure out
why his words hurted her so much... She was Kia
Gujral after all and she gave a damn to what guys
like Keshav Desai thought about her...
Den why did his words pierce her like sharp
knives?
Her thoughts ran back to the party last night...
Was she really that drunk to have danced with
him like that?? Or did she do it on purpose??
Hadn't she felt safe in his arms like that was the
real place where she could be who she wanted
to be???
It was as if his intense gaze could read right
through her...and see the real Kia Gujral... Every
time she saw him she felt some kind of a warm
felling although he was so cold...
She brushed aside those thoughts and rushed to
find him...she was going to put her point across
K.D was walking towards the detention class
when Kia spotted him but ryte at that moment
some prankster pushed her hard and she went
crashing headlong into him...
They both lost their balance and fell on the floor...
Kia fell on top of him...her hands up against his
hard chest... She was about to mutter out some
cuss word...but the words died down in her
as her gaze met his... She stared into those soft
chocolate brown of his... she could feel his warm
breath against her face...
His gaze was too fixed on her... Kia felt a strange
feeling in her stomach...some kind of a nervous
lurch...
Someone shouted about Banga making his way
this side... so they finally got up... K.D brushed
himself and said...
"Dekh ke nahin chal sakti ? Kam dikhta hain to
chashma laga lo..."
Kia stood up angrily and pointed her finger at
him...:"Mind it... Loser" and she walked off in a
huff...
Though she had walked off angrily but her mind
still lingered at the proximity of their closeness...
Had he felt what she had felt?
Was he thinking about her the same way she
was??... She coulden't believe that the great Kia
Gujral had no answers to these questions...
