I think the tragic scene has to do with Tapki mom who has not been well I think in her reports they find something that’s why want her to see a doctor

You are right, Jaya may become hospitalized again. I wonder if VD would say something to push her to critical condition.

Starting to think maybe you could be Thapki not able to have kid as result of accident

So aakash said there is tragic twist which make tharab bond stronger and we get to know that thapki will faint. It can't be just due to thapki being exhausted cause this is not tragic. I think, thapki turns out to has a serious illness, maybe a brain tumor or sth similar and purab will take care of her. Or she might has an illness that needs a transplant from a family member ( most probably hansika).

Most probably Hans is involved, did she try to harm Taps, may be poisoned her? That could cause her to faint. If Hans planned to remove Taps from sight somehow, she gets the chance to hug Purab at midnight (acc to her) The vid shows her standing alone when Sargam pulls Purab away...
