Karan and Payal are newly married couple who had come for their honeymoon to a place staying at the house of a Christian old couple and their dog.
At night, a strange man does some black magic and an evil soul try to enter the old ppl's house but get interrupted by the dog. Next morning the dog is found dead which upsets everyone including the old couple. The lady calls it the work of an evil soul and gives a ring to Payal. She tries to give one to Karan too but he refuses to wear it. Later the evil soul enters Karan's body.
Payal receives some dresses from Karan. She goes to try on where as Karan gets scared while waiting on sofa. He goes in washroom and sees that the hair on the back side of his head has started to fall. He gets worriied. Later a face appears on the back side of his head which is very evil.
Later at night, the ppl in the house start hearing the barks of their dog. The old man wants to dig him out of his grave but Karan aka the evil face stops the old man from doing that and kills him. The lady sees the face and identifies it as sthg bad. She tries to hurt it but the evil face hits her with a vase and she faints.
The evil face was actually the man who was driving Karan and Payal to this place. He misbehaves with them and has a bad eye on Payal. Karan saves her from him. He registers a complaint against him which makes him lose his job and so he promises to come for Karan and esp his wife Payal.
Payal finds out abt the evil face and how he had taken control over Karan. His attempts to hurt Payal had failed coz of her ring and a stone that Karan had earlier gifted her. Evil face was abt to harm Karan and Payal but the old lady comes and saves them by killing the evil face.
