One is that in the fb scene they were playing alone and in present scene Thahaan were surrounded by kids.
Also, now Bihaan's earrings are missing.😆

in the fb, thahaan were younger in age and now 7 yrs more older 😆... In the fb, bihaan was all in his senses but now he has forgotten everything... 😔 hehe I found these differences 😉

Another difference is that, whatever Bihaan's actions (flirting or coming close to Thapki) in the flashback were intentional whereas in the current sequence unintentional.
Also that Bihaan wore kurta's then & Thapki sleeveless salwar's & now Bihaan looks professional in coat suit (full) & Thapki wears long sleeved salwars LOL 😆
