Hm. Uttaran wasn't my most fav show - and I hated for how long it went on and on 😒 What happened to that other show you watched? Ye Vaada Rahe Gha? Something like that. With Surbhi and Karthik.

Why is it that Indian shows are so much focused on female leads? It's always women. Always. Whereas, I've found myself always liking the male leads much more 😆 Only very few ones where I liked the female lead.

Off Yeh vaada raha. Did not like the male lead and production values are awful. The same male actor plays 18 yr old, 22 year old and 30 yr old character. Needed someone lot more talented.

I try and drop soaps all the time. Have a very short attention span.

They have female leads as a large chunk of tv watching audience is females.

Same here, actually it is the male lead that always attracts me any serial. I can watch any type of TV serial, Indian, Hollywood, Turkish, Pak until the the male lead is attractive and the writers haven't butchered his character.

I remember, I gave up watching Madhubala, even though VD is my favourite actor but they completely ruined his character and I couldn't stand it😕

I feel they are like thahaan. didn't like each-other but now slowly trying to understand each-other 😆

Are, nahi bhai 😆 I am just waiting for inspiration to hit me. I hope it does, soon 😳 Though, my SwaSan FF is on hold, as well, simply because the show... is lacking, nowadays.

@Sid: Yup! 😆 I always get attached to the males, be it book or show 😆 And I am not that romantic, not at all, so, romances seldom attract me. I like deep characters with flaws and the depiction of relationships. Bromance. Interaction of family members (father-son, mother-son) these kind of things. I like it when the women/girls are not depicted as the "victims" all the time, as those always in the right and their male counterparts in the wrong, I like it when guys are shown with "weak" sides, vulnerable, someone who can get hurt as much as a woman can - and still, strong characters.

There are two sides of a coin, after all.

And lol. Do you mean after the leap? RishBala's daughter's story? That was so butchered. The show itself was average though, it had its moments.

LOL.. no I gave up even before that, somewhere around the Sultan track. They had a daughter too??😲😲🤣

Umm, I like romances though. I mean not cliche' romances- the Twilight stuff. No, never digested that.🤢

Somewhat like Pride and Prejudice, Wuthering Heights, you know the dark, masculinity oozing characters. Heathcliff and Mr.Darcy are like my all time book crushes.

So RK was somewhat like them, for like six months after that I gave up..😕😆

I had to think who Sultan was 😆 Ah, yes, they had a daughter. Very messed up story; RK and Madhu died during some celebrations for the kid, she grew up without knowing her parents, got involved with the guy who was responsible for RishBala death (if I remember correctly) but ended up marrying her dad's look-alike who was mentally instable, later turned "normal" but was... urgh. Those possessive jerks, criminal-like, I think usne drunk halat mein wife ke saat zabardasti bhi ki thi 🤢

When it was on tv, watched it. But seldom. Though, I used to stalk the forum, so 😆

And Twilight, bleh 🤔 Another nightmare. I don't think there's any book I've ever enjoyed because of the romance, lol. I like complex plotlines with different layers not one single focus 😆 Though, I will try out a romance and see whether I'll like that genre or not - I doubt it.

Rishabh and princess... Interesting... 😛😉 ... recently Rishabh expressed his hatred towards digangana's parent in front of the whole world...😲 Oh my...! so much courage he has... ! I hope he doesn't get beaten up by princess with her chappals...😆
