I have a feeling that Dhruv is going to propose to Thapki in the upcoming episodes. He's completely crazy over her. He'll probably tell his mom that he's thought about it and he would like to marry her. But I have a feeling that it will be THAPKI who will refuse. She's still very insecure over what Diwakar did to her, and she may think he's doing it out of pity?
That's my prediction for the loveline, but yeah, I'm excited to see what's next!
