It was to save the respect of the family tht amaya decided to marry rama and CVs decided to convert the character of mantu to negative and dhruv didn't wanted to continue the serial due to this change ..I hope u got ur answer

Mantu didnt turn negative , he as in Dhruv left the show...didnt watch serial once Amaya decided to marry Rama..
