I think that Anurag is going to realize how much he loves Tanni. Nupur or Ritesh will do something to make Tanni run away as Tanni will still think Anurag loves Nupur. Ritesh will then make Anurag think that Tanni died (remember in the pre-views before the show started there is a preview that shows Anu - he looks like he has woken from a bad dream and he is yelling for Tanni). As a result, Anurag will go crazy thus the entry of the mental asylum.
