Yes.. you still got a chance to remember your ID.

Just ask the person who sent you the Invitation for Gmail account. As when you sign up for a Gmail account the person sending the invitation is notified along with your new ID.

Just wishing that the person who sent you the mail have not deleted the notification from GMail from his mailbox.
