Kunj is with Twinkle at the venue, His phone rings. He takes call and moves away from Twinkle. He gets shocked and asks what. The box containing the ring falls from his hands and the ring lands on the ground. He says dad got a heartattach and asks how. Twinkle gets shocked hearing this. Kunj says he will come there. He turns and leaves Twinkle standing there. She calls out to him and runs behind him.
At hospital,Kunj comes running inside. Usha hugs him and cries bitterly. He hugs her back. Twinkle arrives there. Usha continues crying and says to Kunj that his dad... Meanwhile, the doctor is preparing to administer meds to an unconscious Manohar. Kunj tries to console Usha. SHe tells him that Manohar received a phone message and got worried. He locked himself in the room. Usha says she heard some noises and went in after him. She says she found him unconscious on the floor. Bebe cries and says that she noticed that Manohar was worried for some days but when she asked him he wouldn't tell her. Bebe cries and says Manohar is like her son. She wouldn't know what to do if anything happens to him. Kunj hugs her and tries to assure her that nothing will happen to Manohar. he tells her she has to be strong. He says he will bring water for them. Twinkle watches him walk of. Anita smirks.
Twinkle follows Kunj. Kunj is broken and comes to the couch. He sits broken. Twinkle comes and sits with him. She touches his shoulder. Kunj says he is not weak, he asks her if he is weak. She shakes her head. he says he was strong for Bebe and his mom. He cries and says if he becomes weak and breaks down then the family will shatter. He says that his dad will be alright. He breaks down and cries more.Twinkle cries to. Kunj says that things can happen and change everything in the blink of an eye. He says he had so many things to say to his dad but they never spoke. Kunj says he needs his dad but couldn't tell him that. He says wanted to hug his dad and tell him how much he loves and misses him. He breaks down. Twinkle consoles him. He rests his head on her shoulder. SHe hugs him and he wraps his arms around her waist. She tells him its not to late. SHe asks him to stop thinking negative thoughts. She wipes his tears and assures him that his dad will be fine and that he can tell his dad everything to. She says she is there with him. Cherry comes running and asks Kunj to follow him. Kunj and Twinkle get up worried. Kunj asks what happened.Cherry says that Mnaohar isd on the news. He takes Kunj's hand and runs.
The family are gathered in the lobby watching the tv. Kunj arrives there. Manohar's picture comes up and the reporter says that this is the real side of Manohar Sarna and all his cheap tricks are exposed. Reporter says that Manohar is high cvlass but yet does these things. He sleeps with young girls in hotel rooms. Family is shocked. Kunj makes a fist and gets angry. Usha breaks down. Twinkle is thinking that she had put an end to this matter then how are the pictures leaked.
Yuvi is at Twinkle and Kunj's date venue. He laughs evilly and claps his hand. He starts destroying things. He continues laughing and says they can now confess their love. He laughs like a demented mad man. He says that Twinkle and Kunj are finished. He smirks.
In hospital lobby, Bebe is saying this this cannot be true. Kunj goes and unplugs the tv. He says that this is lie and the news channel is just doing it for ratings. Twinkle says this is not possible. Anita looks at her and thinks poor Twinkle what will she do now. She says that now Manohar is in ICU and has lost his respect .She smiles. Usha gets weak and is about to faint. Anand holds her. Kunj says to her that all of this is a lie and someone is trying to frame Manohar. The security comes and informs Kunj that the media is outside. Kunj says he will handle them. Bebe asks him not to go. He says if he doesn't go then the media will take their silence to be true and he need to set the story straight and shut up the reporters mouths. He leaves with Cherry and Anand.
Kunj comes to the reporters. They bombard him with questions. They show him a picture of Manohar and Purvi. Kunj gets angry and says all of this is a lie. Reports still question him. Kunj says his father has not done anything wrong and is currently in the ICU fighting for is life and yet the reporters are asking these questions. He tells them to respect his father. They continue asking questions and asks Kunj if he is also like this. Kunj starts beating the reporter . Cherry restrains him. The reporter says Kunj is just like his father. Twinkle comes and says that this is a lie and how can they say such things without any proofs. Kunj listens to this. The reporter says that they heard that the girl in the picture is known to Twinkle. She looks at them. Kunj hears this.
Usha is with Bebe. Leela and Anita. She says to Bebe that all of this is a lie and that Manohar can never do this. Bebe says she knows this is a lie and says they will speak to Manohar once he gets well. Cherry, Anaad and Kunj comes there. Twinkle meets Kunj. She says she thought hse had handled the situation and had deleted all the photos. She says she does not know how they got leaked. The family gets shocked hearing this. Kunj asks which photos she is talking about. He asks her to tell him clearly. Twinkle says she knewa bout it as a few days ago she had received a mms where Purvi was seen blackmailing Manohar. SHe says she found out that Purvi was participating in the Miss Amritstar competition. and she deelted the photos from Purvi's phone and computer. She says she had gone to the lodge following Purvi hoping to catch her. She says that she found out the truth and got Purvi and her partner arrested. SHe says she does not know how the photos got leaked. Kunj is upset and says she kept all of tis from him. He asks why she didn't tell him about it. She tells him that she wanted to but she knew that he and his dad were not on good terms and this was such a sensitive matter. And also, Manohar had asked her not to say anything. She says she swaersa that she had deleted the pictures and had Purvi arrested. She says she did everything gor her family's respect and honour.
Anita instigates and ask Twinkle why she hid such a matter from her family and even her husband. Twinkle apologizes to Usha and says she hid it as she didn't want her to get shattered. SHe says she does not know how the photos were leaked. Kunj stays silent and is angry...
Yuvi is walking in the road at night. He loos at his phone and says now he has proof that it was Twinkle who leaked the photos of Manohar. He watches a video where Twinkle goes to meet the editior and she signs her arrival. She says to the editior that these are pictures of her father in law. Yuvi watches and smiles. Twinkle's back is to the camera and her face is not shown. Yuvi says this is called rubbing salt in one's wounds. He clicks sends and sends the video. He smirks and says let the games begin.
Every one's phone starts going off. They open the mms. Kunj views it. All play the video at the same time. They see Twinkle in it and gets shocked. Anita smiles. Kunj looks at Twinkle. She says that that is not her. She says it is a lie. Yuvi is in the bushes laughing. He says Twinkle baby. He says that she can never win him. He says she hates him but he loves her and that will never change. He says this is why he created the fake video and leaked the pis to the media as he wanted to separate Kunj from her.
Twinkle keeps saying that this is a lie and that she hasn't done this. ANita says that Twinkle has destroyed the famiiy's respect. SHe asks her what she has to say now as they all know its her in the video and that she is such a liar. Twinkle cries and says its not her and this is a lie.Anita says the video is proof. SHe says Manohar is in ICU and she is still lying. Kunj silently looks at Twinkle. Anita continues. Twinkle insists that this is a lie. Usha comes and gives a tight slap to Twinkle. Kunj looks on. Leela is shocked. Usha tells Twinkle to shut up. Usha asks Twinkle how much more she will lie. Twinkle cries and says it not her. Se says Manohar knows the truth. They should ask him. Usha says that Manohar is only in this conditon because of Twinkle.Usha says Twinkle has tarnished the reputation of the family. Twinkle cries and says she detroyed the photos. She says she can never do this do her family. She asks Kunj if he thinks she did this. SHe begs him to answer her. She says she cares for her family and can never do this. She says her family means everything to her. She begs Kunj to answer and she cries. Kunj says he knows the girl in the video is not her as she can never do anything against his family but he tells her she is responsible for everything and that because of her his dad is in the ICU. Twinkle is shocked hearing this.
Precap---- Kunj is upset and says his father's reputation is on the line and he as the son has to maintain it. Twinkle profusely apologies. The doctor comes and informs that Manohar has suffered a massive heart attack due to which he has slipped into a coma. All are stunned. Kunj storms of and goes to his car. Twinkle follows him but he does not listen to her. He leaves in his car and Twinkle runs behinds the car saying sorry.
