I commented on Vimal's post from today and this is what i have to say on the current track. I think it covers all bases. I dont want to rewrite everything. 😆I get the frustrations that many forum members have with this track and the misunderstandings and the stagnancy.
As far as Twinkles Immaturity goes [Some peoples thoughts is that its ruining her character showing her so desperate and immature]: The way I see it is that immaturity is SO normal in human nature especially in relationships. Its almost unrealistic to have a mature conversation all the time, unrealistic for every character to be shown understanding and mature, unrealistic to see characters sorting out misunderstandings with a simple conversation. Its idealistic but its unrealistic. It does not happen in reality.
In reality, couples act immaturely especially with new love. How many times in real life have we come across couples in these particular situations where they suspect the other of cheating and behave with absolute stupidity and rash decisions?
This being said, I think Twinkle is mature in the sense that she wants to try to save her marriage. However, she doesnt know that she is in love. She doesnt know what "love" really is. She thinks LOVE is what she had with yuvi.. which that wasnt love that was infatuation. That was being young, and falling for something that seemed so perfect. Thats why she is constantly putting down the thought that she may be in love with Kunj. And because she thinks she isnt in love with him, she uses her marriage as a reason to save her marriage. She thinks she has to as its her duty. Shes hiding behind that facade. So no I do not believe she should just end her marriage. She doesnt understand what she is feeling.
In response to Kunj's character going downhill due to this track: Kunj at this point has no idea what is happening. He is just going based off of the one night and thinking that Twinkle is still harboring on the misunderstanding. [Twinkle meanwhile thinking Kunj is still harboring] Kunj in his mind has moved on. Should he communicate it to Twinkle? Of course. Idealisitic. But thats not happening I think he thinks he is making it clear by being normal with her again, but sadly it isnt working. Do I wish he was more vocal about it, of course. Thats one of the flaws right now. BUT this is needed for the misunderstanding the CV"s are trying to show for a reason. If kunj is vocal, communicates everything and everythings sorted, where is the track progression?
In general in response to the lack of communication between these characters: Should there be more communication between these characters of course yes. But I dont think its realistic to want that to be established so quickly. Couple and people in realationships take years to still get to know eachother. To still communicate well with eachother and to expect Kunj and Twinkle to do that when theyve only been married a couple months and are still understanding their feelings is a little unreasonable.
I personally am enjoying this track. I think its going to have a good end to it. I personally like tracks with seperation and misunderstanding so long as it isnt super dragged out, because i think its scope for character development and relationship development. Only good will come out of it in the end. And this track is the road to Twinj confession or at least twinj getting closer. Im confident about it. Do i think the track has flaws, yes. But what show doesnt have tracks with flaws. What show doesnt have ups and down. Writing cant be perfect 100% of the time. Thats also unrealistic with indian television especially. Audience will always have a problem with everything. No matter what.
The show is dragging a little with this track but Im not disappointed. i think it will pick up and even if it doesnt Im more certain the end result will be worth it. Tomorrows precap looks juicy. Im excited. Im hoping Twinkle up and leaves Kunj. I think that will be super gripping if Kunj finds out she left home or something and then things sorting itself out.
