Actors and characters are 2 different and i am sure even zain or ra wont ustify their characters

It it actually insane that people can go to any level to justify something like this. Even raj and zain have told numerous times that they are doing this only because the story demands it. They in no way advocate their reel persona.

They need to understand that love isn't always physical. Sometimes its the ones who never got to actually hold you their arms that actually appreciate you for who you are. This is kinda the case with twinkle and kunj. He need not be intimate with her to show his love for her. And i personally feel that intimacy isn't everything.

They are giving each other space and time and are gradually growing closer.

Just because he isn't vocal about his love doesn't give people right to say that he doesn't harbour any feelings whatsoever for twinkle.

Intimacy takes time. It can't be forced or engineered.

So it's quite normal for twinkle and kunj to take things slow.

People should cut them some slack..

This exactly is problem I have watched shows were all people demand is physical intimacy heck that isnt love i will be bit vocal and say i started hating JR when too much of intimacy was shown in that here in TEI i like how they are not showing love at first sight it is gradual and which is what i appreciate , Kunj responds to twinkle heck he doesnt even care for his life when it is her in danger but that doesnt mean he has to be physical always and that scene yest is oh so normal all couple have such teasing even in real life and do ppl in real life only have physical intimacy 24/7 na it is understanding and love so why cant shows show that , and tei is doing that really well

I agree with you completely and I probably couldn't have said it any better. What Cherry feels for Twinkle is lust and love and lust are very, very different things. If we can say that Yuvi doesn't love Twinkle, then to say that Cherry loves Twinkle would be a contradiction of ourselves. As you said love isn't based off physical proximity, It is based of an understand and a mutual bond. Twinkle and Kunj are nearing that bond. To love doesn't mean to hug and kiss, it means to understand and cherish. If we can call rape, love then I must say there is something very wrong with our community. I don't mean to be offensive but putting rape and love on the same line and trying to justify Cherry's doings is just plain stupid and wrong. Sorry for the long and droning on comment but I have noticed people justifying characters like Yuvi and Cherry. Most of this is done on Twitter but some have also popped up here on IF. If Yuvi and Cherry love Twinkle, then love must be a very disgusting. Love is a beautiful emotion, please just let it be so. Good post and great message.

Exactly. If as a girl we are justifying these sort of acts, then what message are we sending to boys. If we ourselves are saying that rape is love then we are openly inviting men to rape us. I'm going to sound extremely racist now but this is why India is still considered a developing country. This is why countries like India, Bangladesh, Pakistan are still considered 3rd World Countries. I don't meant to be racist but that is the truth. If as a girl we are justifying rape, that proves we have no self-respect. And the reason why we're justifying the character is because we like the actor? I mean seriously? I have no problem with people liking Raj and Zain. I personally think their very good actors but in no means will I ever like their character. Raj and Zain themselves would never justify their character. There's a limit of justification and rape is crossing that line. If girls are justifying rape then we are in for a dark, dark world.

No India is not only country i have seen overseas ppl justifying in some hollywood movie of lust as love whch is what makes me get annoyed also a lot of fandom is teenagers i suppose what mentality have u been brought up with do u think ur parents dont love each other they do do u see them physical ? heck no so i dont understand teenage fixation with physical intimacy😆
