jeetha refuse for daya to be the witness, everbody gets surprised,then babuji asked why,then jetha says mujhe in jamele main pardna hi nahi, then babuji says babbuchak kya nahi, agar tum jaise sabhi log sochne lage tho is desh ka kya hoga...chor chake nahi darenge agar koi witness nahi ho tho...then anjali and mehta also try to convince jeetha, then jetha says main apne bhare main nahi soch raha,main tho days ke bhare main soch raha tha...then daya also convince him and atlast he agreed...then anjali and mehta asked them to leave,daya told them to have lunch...mehta want's to have...but anjali told her that about tarak's dried food...then they leave and daya says to jetha to have lunch...in other hand yashpal 's group sees all the pics of gada family,where they leave,how many members and etc..etc...then yaspal's wife came and asked them what are they doing,her brother is in jail and they are watching movie...then yaspal told to her they are doing the samething...and if she leave they can make plan on that and she leave ,then yashpal told her one man to go and meet with daya and told her not to give correct info...then in gada house after having their lunch tappu says to jetha to came home daily for lunch...then jetha says ok...daya called jetha inside the room ,then she asked him she is going court for the time so which saree she would wear...jeetha gets angry and says tum waha witness bankar jarheho nahi unke party reception...then some rang the bell and tappu went and opened the door and called daya,and says uncle is asking for her,daya went and sees one man,he gave her two gifts...she asked who is he,then he says think he is her brother...then they all thinks he is sunder's frend...but finally he told daya ben to says that she didnot sees them taking things...daya refuse to do so...babauji and tappu support daya but jeetha gets frigtened...that man warn daya ,but she says she will never tell a lie...they discuss for many time in mean time he try to frigtened them by giving duplicate pistal as a gift ,but daya remain in her decssion...
