I loved the description of the house, the detailed detailing that you have given, slate floors ( I wonder why, most normally use marble, though given the climatic conditions, slate is indeed a much better choice) and then the open fire in the central hall (I am literally drooling over what the future chapters would bring). The descriptions were so vivid, I could literally see the house, a true "Jannat"
And I am rambling, but I liked Sanskaar trapped, sort of, between the beauty and the beast- one a very fitting label and the other, as she asks, "Beast, really, for a dog?" Poor Sanskaar, half his emotional turmoil, or rather most of it is because even his cool logical mind is finding it impossible to resist his heart and is somewhere, failing to find valid reasons for what he is supposed to feel for her. And then arises the very practical problem of clothes, which I am sure he would address in his trademark fashion, very eager to read this too.
Now that Swara sees the family portrait, and does find Laksh familiar, I wonder how that would tie in?
Is Beast a german shepard, easy to confuse with a wolf in that case? I think Swara is going to prove the adage " love me, love my dog" The beauty and the beast have fallen for each other, how long is Sanksaar going to resist?
A lovely update, I so loved the progress, slow but sure and am looking forward to read how futher entangled they would get before they straighten the matters.
