Tanya wants to bury Lakshya alive in the wall...the spot that cv's selected at the construction site, You could see it open on the top and plus enough space in the shot where Tanya is placing the bricks to make the wall...when Lakshya regains consciousness he could either have climbed out as the height of surrounding walls was not much...or he could have stayed there and shouted for help when workers came in the morning...
Ragini could have stopped Tanya at the Maheshwari house as the cv's showed Ragini witnessing Tanya making Lakshya drowsy and taking him away, Ragini could have easily called out for Lakshya there itself getting everyone's attention ...the cv's had to drag it...The dragging is to show Ragini's redemption, but cv's should have atleast done it convincingly...
