Anyways,, it looks like Kavya probably did her own spots, and changed the medicine when it was given to Swara. The plan backfired on Swara.

I think u have not watched full sigment ..they gave her simple saline injection to bring her truth out...but she heared this and change the injection...I think there is nothing wrong in it...

Now in it's upcoming episodes, Kavya will ask the doctor to give her pills instead of an injection as she's allergic to drugs taken intravenously. Swara will inject Kavya with plain saline water to find out the truth. Swara will try to explain that the injection she administered to Kavya had only plain saline water. Lakshya will ask Swara to inject herself to prove her point, but she will get blotches on her face.
