CH 5
one week had passed since swasan wedding. they both have become friends with each other and share most of te things with each other.
it was a sunday. Swara came into their room to see whether sanskar is awake or not. She heard the sound of water running in the bathroom in bathroom indicating that sanskar has indeed up.
Swara sat on the bed sighing thinking that it always use to be her who was needed to waken up in the morning and how nicely her mother use to wake her up. Thinking of her mother she began missing her house and a lone tear escaped her eyes. She wiped the tear away and looked at her teddy which she had brought from her hose when she visited for her pakk phere along with all some clothes which was still there. She picked the teddy and hugged her dearly and remembered her day at her parent's house.
After talking with sansakar that day swasan got ready and went to her house , the drive was silent as the situation was very awkward for them. Swara was visting her house for the first time after marriage but instead of being happy she felt like she did not wanted to see them so soon that she might blame them for indirectly forcing her to marriage. On the other hand sanskar was tensed as he was visiting his in laws which he knew he would have to but as the husband of their other daughter.
The car stopped and both of them looked and each other, assuring each other. They entered the house sharmishta welcomed them with a smile and hugged swara. Swara felt as her hands did not wanted to hug her mother and kept them at sides not returning the hug, sharmishta realized it and broke from the hug and took them inside. Dada, dadi both smiled and swasan took blessings from them. after talking for a little while sharmishta took swara inside her room and closed the door.
" kya hua swra tu naraz hai hum se" asked sharmishta
"nhi maa aap se hi apni kismat se naraz hun" answered swara
"par swra sanskar bahut accha ladka hai woh tujhe bohut khush rakhega"
"mein yeh sab jaanti hun bas bura iss baat ka laga raha hai ki mere maa papa ko meri khushi se zyada apne parivaar ki izzat ki chinta thi aur uske liye meri khushiya ko daau pe lagane mein daar nhi ki"
"swara aisa nhi hai baccha" sharmishta replied shocked
"toh kaisa maa ragini chali gyi toh mujhe mandap pe bitha diya yeh kehe ke ki yeh agar kar lungi toh papa mujhe wapas mil jaayenge, aap jante the ki mein papa ko kitna miss karti thi iss liye aap dono ko pata tha ki mein mana agar karungi bhi toh eventually aap log mujhse mana hi loge"
"swara tu khush nhi hai kiya"
"woh toh waqt btaega maa"
swara smiled remembering her convo with sharmishtha that day and smiled realsing that time has actually told her that sanskar was indeed a very nice, sweet and caring person. he was a true friend and always there for her when she needed. He even scoled his family memebers a few times as they were either teasing her or forcing to do something. He had become a good friend in very less time.
Swara was broken from her thoughts when sanskar waved his hand in front of her.
"kidar kahan kho hui ho swara"
"nhi kahi nhi tum aagaye mein tumhare liye breakfast leke aati hun"
"hmm"
Swara left the room, sanskar looked at her teddy which was lying on the bed. he placed it properly and remembered how sad swara was when she came out of her room after talking to her mother on the pakk phera day.
She walked straight towards sanskar and asked him whether they could go back, sanskar nodded immediately. they both said bye to all and were going out when sanskar remembered swara telling him about some teddy on their wedding night.
"swara tumhe woh teddy lena tha na"
swara was lost so did not responded. they both went to the car, sanskar excused himself and went abck to the house to ask for her teddy, sharmishta knew what was he talking about and gave him her teddy along with a suitcase haing some of swara's dresses. Sanskar took them and placed the suitace in the back seat while threw the teddy at her, which brought her out of her trance, she frowned at first but smiled seeing the teddy and hugged it tightly.
sanskar smiled seeing her happy. and they went back to maheshwari house.
swara brought their breakfast and placed it on the coffee table , both were eating and talking when they heard AP's voice.
"LAKSHHH"
both ran to the hall to see raglak standing in the middle. AP had embrassed laksh in a hug and was crying while laksh was telling her cupping her face that he was alright.
Swasan descended from the stairs and ragini's eyes fell on swara and sanskar.
"swara tum idhar kya kar rhi ho aur yeh sindoor, mangalsutra kyun" asked a shocked ragini taking everyone for a shock.
