Ragini is not the owner

The papers that ragini and dp signed said power of attorney. This gives ragini the power to make decisions on behalf of the owner it does not make her the owner, meaning dp still owns his business and he can do what he wills.

I have no idea if this is an error by the cv's or they did that on purpose but I will go with the former.

If it is not the mistake by cvs..then I think as someone has said it will be to redeem ragini

CV's don't know what power of attorney means... according to them it automatically makes you the owner of everything lol. But, it might be CV's way of redeeming Ragini

don't think it with logic.. according to cvs that paper is everything. . only dp signs and all property get to ragini.. did you know these cvs are the most illogical creatures I have ever seen..
