This is really important because sometimes the person who loves you may go far away from you and when you realize it, it will be late. Part ONE

She is in India after 5 years. She changed a lot and her life. She has experienced a lot in these years and also matured. She regrets the day she left Sanskar, the person who loved her like crazy and was ready to do anything for her, but she ignored him and chose Laksh, her neighbors and her first crush.

Sanskar belonged to a middle class family. His father, an accountant and mother, housewife and a younger sister, Ragini. They lived in Chawl, which, according to her was so downmarket. Once she went there along with Laksh and other friends from high class. Except her, everyone drank chai from Sanskar's mother. She even refused to drink water given by Ragini as it was not mineral water. Laksh and others teased her but Sanskar was hurt.

She knew Sanskar wanted to introduce her to his family but she didn't care. For her, Sanskar was a mediocre and she always wanted the best for her. In college, she also tried to avoid him though she knew Laksh was trying to play cupid between them. She always pretended that she was unaware of all the hints. But she always stayed closer to Sanskar because he helped her in assignments and exams. Though their common friends knew, she was using him, he never believed them.

At the graduation party, Sanskar proposed her in front of whole college, but she rejected him brutally and also humiliated him by stating that a beggar like him can't dream to be with an heiress like her. He was broken as he loved her with a sincere heart. Some friends supported her while others rebuked her, but she didn't care. Her use of him was over as she scored good marks. Sanskar left the party with tears with Laksh who glared at her.

After 6 months, her parents started to look for groom for her but she told them that she wanted to marry Laksh as he was the best. He owns his father's company and was rich like her. But Laksh rejected the proposal stating that a girl like her can never be his wife. He also informed that he was marrying Priya, an orphan. This made her angry and thought that the reason behind this was Sanskar and using her influence made him fire from the job. She also made sure that he never got any good job. Sanskar had to take the job of a waiter in a restaurant. She once went with her friends and mocked him.

Soon she got a good alliance from NRI family. The guy was a business tycoon and from affluent families. She got married and left for London with many dreams. Soon she found out that money is not everything because her husband never had time for her. He gave her everything but not his time. Whenever she tried to get close to him, he made some excuses and left. 2 years passed, but their marriage was never consummated. Soon she found the reason, it was his secretary cum girlfriend for whom he neglected his wife. She fought with him and tried many methods to separate them, but all in vain. He told her that he doesn't love her, but he is ready to give her status of trophy wife as she is good for his reputation. After a long fight, she finally divorced him. She understood the power of love and family.

She finally understood that how much Sanskar loved her. She called her parents and told them that she wanted to meet Sanskar. Her parents also supported her and told her that they are ready for everything as long as she is happy. She came back to her mother country and prayed that Sanskar forgive her for all his mistakes.

She went to his Chawl along with her parents, wearing his favorite attire. But was informed that his family shifted 3 years ago but she got his current address. Seeing her excitement, her mother prayed and wished that they soon find Sanskar.

Her: I'm scared papa. What if he rejects me?

Papa : He will not reject you baby. He'll be a fool to do because you are so beautiful and rich.

Her : Papa, Sanskar never cared for money. Because he wanted that kind of girl, he had many options as many of my rich friends were behind him.

Mama: Baby, don't worry because if you apologize to him and show him how much you love him, he'll come back to you. Love never dies.

They reached an apartment which looked decent unlike the chawl. They soon found the apartment and rung the bell.Ragini opened the door and stared at her face.

Ragini : Tum? What do you want? Are you not happy ruining my bhai or you want to ruin his current happiness.

Her : Please let me in. I want to talk to Sanskar.

Ragini : Bhai is busy. Go away.

Her : You are not the one to decide.

Voice : Kon hai Choti?

Ragini sighed and opened the door for them. Sanskar's expression changed from happy face to smirk. He asked them to sit making Ragini angry.

Sanskar : How are you?

Her : I'm fine. What about you? You shifted from Chawl? I wanted to talk to you, alone.

Sanskar : Sorry, but you can talk here in front of my sister.

Her : Its personal matter.

Sanskar : It ended on the day you got married. I don't eye on another person's wife or should I say ex-wife.

Her : How you know? I mean i never kept in touch with anyone.

Sanskar : Laksh told me. But i didn't expect you'll visit me Kavita.

Kavita: I wanted to apologize for everything.

Sanskar: For playing with my emotion or humiliating me at the party or ruining my career? For what you want to apologize?

Kavita's mom: Beta, my daughter is ashamed of everything. Please do forgive her.

Ragini: Forgive her? Do you know how much she made my Bhai suffer? Her apology will never compensate his pain.

Sanskar : Choti, let them speak. So Kavita, are you apologizing to everyone you hurt?

Kavita : Can we start again?

Sanskar: You ended anything before it even starts. So there is no question of again.

Voice : Sanskar... Ragini Bhabi...

A girl wearing sari came with a crying toddler in her arms. As soon as toddler saw Sanskar, he jumped into his arms. Kavita turned pale seeing this and slowly understood. Ragini smirked at this and decided to add little more oil to burning fire.

Ragini: oh Swara bhabi, don't you know that Arav will cry if he didn't see his father after waking from his nap?

Swara smiled at Ragini and then looked at Kavita. Kavita and her parents were looking at Sanskar pampering a baby boy. Ragini then decides to intervene and introduced Swara to Kavita.

Ragini : Kavita, this is my bhabi Swara and thats Arav. Swara, this is Kavita.

Hearing the name Kavita', the smile on Swara's face faded. She glared at Kavita. Kavita thought Swara glared because Kavita was once Sanskar's love. She smirked back.

Swara : How dare you come to meet him after breaking his heart? You still got the guts to meet him after ruining his career and life?

Before Kavita could say anything, some people came inside. They hugged SwaSan and Ragini. Kavita's father got shocked seeing the number 1 business tycoon and his son in SwaSan house.

Kavita's father : Mr. Arjun Bose? What are you doing here?

Arjun : Sorry, but i didn't recognize you.

Kavita's father : I'm Mr. Roshan Mukerjee. I once met you business party when your son was awarded young entrepreneur award.

Arjun: Ohh... Sorry, I don't remember. Well, nice to meet you.

Kavita's father: You in this house?

Arjun: Well, I came to meet my grandson.

Saying this Arjun took Arav from Sanskar. Sanskar motioned Kavita to step outside the house, followed her parents. He gently closed the door behind so Swara and others don't hear what they say to him. He knew he had to be cruel towards Kavita so that she'll leave him alone.

Sanskar: So Kavita, what you thought? I'll waste my time thinking about you? No Kavita, you are my greatest mistake in life. I thought I loved you, but then I understood it was a passing fancy because I married Swara soon after you left and even started to move on easily with her.

Kavita: Are you angry because I made your career ruin?

Sanskar: No, I thank you because if you haven't done that I would never have met Swara. She's more beautiful, rich and down to earth.

Kavita: Rich? Is that why you were behind me?

Sanskar: You could say that. Anyway, leave it. Now I got a girl who loves me only and never was with any guy. What, you thought that I'll marry a second hand girl like you? You are only good for having an affair, but not marriage. Now get lost. If you are thinking to ruin me, let me tell you I got a strong in-laws with me.

Kavita: I hate you Sanskar. I thought that I'll accept you even if you are married.

Sanskar: Did you really think I'll leave my son and wife to be with a girl like you? Never. I know what all you did to ruin Laksh's marriage, though you never succeed. Now you got divorced so you thought to come to me?

Kavita's father : Bas, ab aur nahi. My daughter thought to give you a chance but instead of thanking your stars that we even came to your house, you are insulting us? (Angry)

Sanskar : My wife is the daughter of India's No1 businessman. Her brother got many business at abroad. So don't highly of you. My wife lived in Chawl after our marriage. She did all the chores despite being a girl from rich family. Her father accepted me not as son-in-law but as his son. Her brother is my best friend too.

Kavita's mother : Beta we didn't knew you were married, forgive my husband and daughter. You are a good person. I assure you'll not be disturbed by my family again.

She glared at Kavita and her husband. Kavita looked at him with tears in her eyes.

Kavita : You were right Sanskaar. Love is greater than money. I know why you said the early rich dialogue. Its because i called you a gold-digger right? You love your wife and you don't care about her money.

Sanskar : What I say or do is none of your business Kavita. Go and live your life and never come back again because i'll be reminded of my parents' death. Because of you I lost them. But due to Swara i'm back to normal. Please don't come here again.

Kavita : Bye forever Sanskar. May be my life was ruined because of the deeds i have done to you and Laksh.

Sanskar (In mind) : Sorry Kavita for being rude but i don't want my life to be complicated. I know about your obsession and it even nearly ruined Laksh's marriage. Before you start to feel anything for me, i have to make you hurt so that you'll never come in my beautiful life. I regret having you in my life once.

Kavita left with her parents in tears. Sanskar left to join the family. Ragini looked at Sanskar but he assured with his eyes that everything is ok.

Night

Swara was folding clothes but Sanskar snaked his arms around Swara's waist and pulled her towards him. He nuzzled her nape and kissed her there. Swara closed her eyes and pulled Sanskar more closer to her.

Sanskar : I love you. Thank You for being patient with me. For loving me and never leaving me.

Swara : I love you too Mr. Khadoos.

Sanskar : Still calling me Khadoos? I changed a lot and no more gets angry.

Swara : But i love to call you like that hubby.

Sanskar : huh? You deserve to be punished then.

Saying this he carried a laughing Swara to bed. Sanskar thanked in mind for sending this angel in his life.
