when sujata can hire someone and get swara killed just bcz swara is coming in the way of his sons plan,y cant she kill kavitha whoz d reason for his son to leave the house
so now when she knws that sans is in love with swara she will ask swara to leave the house and her sons life after swara proves him innocent
swara might not agree to leave MM as her mission of uniting her parents isnt completed
so if the tea poisioning is true then both ragini and sujata might have planned it to get rid of swara

My bet is on Annapurna. ..reason being her holier than thou attitude. ..they might show kavita as -ve as the reason for AP to take the step.

It might also be possible that kavita got killed by mistake, as in the target was sanskaar. Kavita was the collateral damage. In that scenario my bet will be on aadarsh.
