HOW FABOLOUS WAS TODAY'S EPISODE!! Karan's unqualified guilt, Naina's unflinching trust... absolutely fantastic! Also, I felt like seeti maroying at all of Naina's dialogues today! 👏 They way she gave it back to Sawari, was amazing!! I am so conflicted abhi. I want to talk about today's episode but I also have stuff to talk about the previous ones... what to do?? Hmm.. lets go in order.😆
Haan toh, firstly, I never thought I'd say this but I kind of liked the scene between Naina and Nirmala last week because it gave us Naina's character growth. Let me explain. Naina's biggest flaw is her slightly distorted sense of selflessness where if she has to give up something, she will because she considers any other option as selfish. For her to realize that this is not right, somebody needs to explain to her that she is wrong. And that is exactly what Nirmala did. There was no glorification of her decision, no approval whatsoever. Nirmala told her in straightforward terms, point by point, why she was wrong and how her idea was unworkable. That's how we learn in life right? We think or believe something and our elders, in most cases our parents explain to us why we our wrong and we understand. This is what happened here. And Naina seems to have understood. Tabhi yesterday she was rightly telling Nirmala to tell the truth to NK herself so that Pushpa cannot twist it. I like how these two are supporting each other, showing them the right path where the other falters. Its nice!
Now to our babies NaiRan. It seemed like everything Karan did before NaiRan fight for Sawari, he did it on behalf of Naina and him, on the belief that she would also do the same. The way he kept including Naina in that conversation in Sawari's room, the way he said both him and Naina don't believe superstitious stuff, it really felt like he was speaking for both of them. But Naina obviously wasn't thinking this way. Then came the fight. I was wondering why Karan would get upset , and I realized it the moment Naina said you should stay away from Sawari. Because for someone who doesn't know any background, that statement , somewhere, imputes that she doesn't trust him. And that is what Karan caught on to. He was so upset, saying that he thought at least , she would understand, getting even angrier when she didn't explain to him why she was saying so. Even later, when he kept calling her and then cutting the call, his only thought was "Naina soch bhi kaise sakti hai ki main uske alawa kissi aur ke saath..." He can't even complete the statement because as I have said before, the idea is unimaginable to him.
Par zada der tak kahaan door reh sakte hain ye dono ek doosre se. 😆2 ghante mein Karan realized ki he was wrong and shouldn't have fought so much. So he went to apologise. And then started the heartbreak.💔 You know what was heartbreaking about that scene? The fact that Karan's dialogues, his apology was so so beautiful and Naina didn't hear any of it. He really poured his heart out, how he thought she would be proud of what he was doing but he ended up upsetting her, "Main khud ko hi maaf nahi kar pa raha toh tumse kaise expect karoon." 🥺Uff, so beautiful. And then, the time my heart completely broke to pieces was later, while getting close, he thought Naina (Sawari) was feeling shy and said, "Tumhe sharam aa rahi hai? Main apni aankhen band kar leta hoon." THIS. Its such a Karan thing, such a NaiRan thing, where he recognizes that this is new for both of them and he wants to make her comfortable and aghhh that is what led to things going as far as they did.🥺
But the scene in the room later was so blissful! Make these two sit together and talk and there is magic anywhere. I loved how he made her sit on the bed and sat down on the floor and thanked her for forgiving him. That shot where both of them were sitting with Naina's head on his shoulder was so beautiful!! But in the course of that conversation, Karan finds out that it was not actually Naina downstairs and his personal nightmare begins. He tries to talk to her but they are interrupted. He cannot get over it. "Galti nahi, gunaah kiya hai maine. Mujhe Naina ko sach batana hi hoga."
And now finally, today's episode. Karan is distraught. He is so intensely guilty, he cannot think of anything else. The thought that he came close to somebody who was not Naina is horrifying. Think about it. The chances of him suspecting that somebody else was wearing the same clothes and dupatta as Naina are nil, and later, he closed his eyes. So it was a completely honest mistake. But he can still not forgive himself. Not a single thought of explanation crosses his mind. His only thought is "Bohot badi galti ho gayi mujhse, mujhe Naina ko sach batana hai abhi." He is so restless, wants to tell her before the wedding, but doesn't know how he can meet her before. Even when Meghna says he can tell Naina whatever he thinks he has done wrong after the wedding, its not enough. He still wants to tell her before. Even at the mandap, he wants to somehow tell her before. "Kahaan ho tum Naina? Jaldi aa jao please." Hayee!! THIS is our Karan and THIS is why we love him.❤️
And now Naina. Naina Karan Chauhan shined in today's episode. ⭐️Pehle toh, it was so cute seeing her all happy and excited for becoming Karan's dulhan again. Adorable tha!❤️ But then Sawari came in and tried to take her dupatta but Naina was having none of it. She told Sawari that her batameezi was crossing limits and that she would throw her out after the wedding. Sawari then started her drama. She started saying how Karan was hers and then Naina said "Mat lo unka naam apni gandi zubaan se." (Seeti maaroying dialogue #1 👏) Swarai is undeterred and goes on. She says how last night, she and Karan came very close and starts to explain in detail but Naina stops her in the middle, pushes her against the wall and asks her to stop this nonsense. "Mujhe mere Karan pe poora bharosa hai. Vo kabhi aisa kuch nahi kar sakte." (Seeti maroying dialogue #2 👏)
Sawari is still not giving up. She takes Naina to her room and after a lot of drama which Naina doesn't believe, shows her photos. Sawari then taunts her about her vishwas breaking and what she would do now etc etc. But, of course, Naina is not having any of it. She gets up, tears the photos. "Tumhe Kya laga, tum ye photos dikhayogi aur mera vishwaas toot jayega? Aisi hazaar tasveeren dikhaogi, tab bhi mera vishwaas nahi tootega. Karan sirf mere the, mere hain, aur humesha mere hi rehnge. Aur sirf, iss janam mein nahi, agle har janam mein." (Seeti maroying dialogue #3 👏). Sawari is still not getting it. She does more drama but Naina is also not backing down. There were a lot of other seeti maroying dialogues too, it was so much fun to see that I can't tell you!!
Precap mein, Karan is holding out his hand to her to get in the mandap. I love these kind of scenes! Finally wedding vali feels aa rahi hain. Aur phir aage ka drama bhi toh hai. I am already ROFLing at the sarcasm Naina is heaping on Sawari in the segments. Maza aayega. 😉
