Naina thinks that this relationship is a responsibility for her but I think she eventually fell for Karan as she slowly started knowing him. Who can resist the golden heart of this guy!! But its gonna take much long time for Naina to realise her love as her sole focus is on bettering Karan's life. It isn't bad as it would give the way for Karan to start dreaming about his life and wife.

Ahh yaar I think the girl is already half in love him since she saw him interacting with those kids😆 and she does for him genuinely 😆 he is not just a duty to her any more for her he is her husband and the man she wants to spend rest of her life with😆 and she is trying to make him better not just for him and his family but for her happiness as well⭐️
