Hello lovely people! Lets get on with my ramblings which all of you patiently bear. 😆
I love love love the sisters! How touching was their scene. Meghna is very protective of Naina, like an elder sister should be. And this was the reason Naina didn't tell her the truth. Meghna will be very angry about the fact that no one told them about the disease before marriage and rightly so. But Naina is also right in wanting to maintain the relations between Karan and her Di because they are both important to her. And Karan really should not be taking any additional stress. I get her reasons though I don't see her being able to hide this for long. How cute was when Meghna ordered Karan to take care of Naina?😆 This is exactly the kind of bond Naina wants to preserve. Also, Karan looked concerned when Meghna said Naina was sitting and crying in the bathroom. It was kind of adorable. Samridh does these subtle emotions really well. 👏
And now, lets come to THE SCENE. I love how NaiRan scenes have so many different settings. Today was the garden. So Naina is sitting and crying in the garden and Karan comes to her. He peers in to see that she is upset and doesn't want to disturb her so tries to leave. But the Chhaata comes to the rescue!! 🤣It opens and Naina hears it and turns to see Karan there. I love you Chhaata!! 😆 The scene that followed was so cute! Karan is trying to shut it but can't. Naina sees him struggling and finally offers to help. She shuts it successfully. And the beautiful Tu pyaar hai in the background. I love how they add new verses to the thing which suit NaiRan so much! ❤️
Karan is leaving but Naina apologises for today as she knows she hurt him. She sits down and Karan comes to her and sits on the grass next to the bench she is sitting on. I really liked the placement! It looked really nice! Then comes the dialogue of the episode. "Itna to main tumhe jaanta hoon ki tum jaan bhooj kar kissi ko hurt nahi karogi. Varna main abhi kya, kabhi bhi tumse baat nahi karta." THIS. This shows why Karan Chauhan is a gem! I really did not expect him to believe Naina. That would have been bizarre and some very bad writing. It makes no sense for Karan to believe her over Sandhya. But what did impress me was his reaction to the entire thing. Yesterday, he stopped his maasi ma and proved Naina wrong. He also said that she was lying. But all that was in response to what Sandhya said. Even with Sandhya's emotional manipulation, even with all the drama, all he said that she was lying. Which hurt, I won't deny it, but he made up for it today. Because no matter what is between them, he knows what Naina is. He knows she won't maliciously hurt anybody. So he knows this was a genuine mistake. It would have been so easy for him to be angry at her, to not speak to her, to dismiss her. And honestly, a lot of us would have understood to an extent, some would even be expecting it. But Karan was very fair to Naina. And that is why he is perfect for her. Tomorrow, he is going to make her understand what Sandhya means to him, to the family. Honest communication. And this is why NaiRan will go a long way. Slowly and steadily, they are building a strong foundation to their relationship.
