Good to see u back Manish.

How are you.

Read the first part ,excellent.You are a very good writer which I have already mentioned before also but this is too good.

Its different as Annie and Yuvraj are paired together.Waiting for Suvreen's entry in the story.

Please do continue the story and complete it as your earlier FF are all incomplete.

Thanks a lot Krupaa... theses comments mean a lot to any writer..because it encourages one to write more and more.. and yes I will continue for sure...sorry about other FFs... was caught up with some personal commitment or the other...and yes will try and update them as well.. 😃😃

Chapter 2: Epitome of Love

India: Amritsar (For the following lines I would want my readers to first play this song called "Zaariya", It is a coke studio song composed by A.R. Rahman: Click here for the link)

A small middle class house...The house is filled with trophies and certificates are framed in the wall everywhere. The house certainly did look small, but housed a person who had biggest heart in the world. The one who would spread happiness where ever she went, a scholar who was a topper in all that she took up, a daughter who the entire family would take pride of, her only moto in life was to spread smiles, she was like a free bird, no matter what worries came her way, she would always smile. That very smile would help her defeat everything with love. No one understood relationships as she did. No one valued friendship as she did. In short she was a ocean of love...She was Suvreen Guggal. Where ever she went, everything around her seemed surreal..everything around her seemed to chirp a happy tone...she was an epitome of melody.

There she was sitting on the bed glancing through her Graduation Pictures which she clicked when she studied in London University. She stops at one picture seeing which she had a smile looking at which anyone would feel like in heaven. It was a picture of her with her best friend, a friend for who she could even fight her self. It was Annie and her hugging each other.

She thought about how she had convinced Annie to wear a Saree with her for the graduation while the rest of the university had dressed in the normal western outfit. It was not easy convincing Annie for this, but Suvi was one of her kind. Suvreen felt that it was not right that she give up on her culture when the whole world would keep their culture in tact. So what if they were in a foreign country, they were Indians afterall, and no one could ever take this fact away.

Suddenly her phone kept on the bed started ringing. It was Annie's call. She excitedyly picked it up:

Suvreen: Anniee...!! How are you..?? You know what I was just now thinking of you. If I were to believe what my mom says, you will live for hundered years.

Annie: What?? (Shocked)...You and your Indian beliefs... Chuck that.. I called you to help me out Suvi.

Suvreen: As expected. Ya so now what happened, Annie?

Annie: Suvi.. first tell me what is a Wrat?? and also suggest me dress to wear for it.

Suvreen: Oh wow... you keeping wrat?? thats like awesome...!!

Annie: Yes.. I am. But the point is I dont even know what it is supposed to mean. You know my Dadi noe.. so annoying she is. (Irritated)

Suvreen: No Annie..never talk like that about elders. and ya chillax, I will tell you what wrat is. Wrat means fasting. It is usually done by married women for the long lives of their husbands. While some unmarried women also fast for getting a suitable groom for themselves. It is fun. Try it Annie.

Annie: What?? Seriously? so basically you mean to say, for me to get a good guy I have fast??

Suvreen: Hmmm.. Ya sort of. Whatever it is..See Annie, you diet right?

Annie: Ya i do...so what?

Suvreen: exactly so when you can diet for yourself to get a good figure which is ultimately to get a good boy friend, then why not try this old Indian tradition?

Annie: Ya actually it makes sense now...(she said thinking about what Suvreen has said)

Later Suvreen continued explaining to her what were the various rituals to be followed by her and also helped her to choose herself a good dress.

hahaha... no akka.. I just finished with my second year.. have one more year left... However these summer holidays I have to complete my internship...so I am interning in Vijaya Bank...it will start from 15th.. till 31st of may...
