First of all "Round of applause" for the person who came up with the idea that Yuvraj might be the Principles son. So i went on an investigation, i rewatched all the past epi's. And there are many signs of this being a "fact".
1) When the Principle decided to go Nani taal (can't spell)... to inform her seniors about this new rule at DPSC, Yuvraj asked his friends to join him for a trip to the same place on the same weekend.
2) Aneesh cannot possible have history with Yuvraj. Yuvraj is much younger then him so there can't be a time when Yuvraj and Aneesh competed in school events and became enemies. And even if they had a history, Yuvraj would know and remember. Aneesh has exposed the fact that he has something against the Principle and the school she runs. So how is Yuvraj connected to this whole drama? Well, it makes sense when we think of Yuvi being the son of the Principle who is hated by Aneesh (and this connection helps to make sense of Aneesh wanting to wrong Yuvraj).
3) Lastly, I found this epi. Please fast forward to 11:15 sec. The man holding the papers says "... aaate hogi tumhare amma". And the scene refers to the Principle as she makes her way to the college.
